Surf et détente

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et paisible situé vers le fameux spot de planche à voile et de kitesurf de Porto Pollo avec son centre MB Pro. La maison se trouve à 650 m de l'une des plus belles plage de la Sardaigne. Seule la Macchia vous sépare de la plage avec une vue sur les deux baies de la baia di delphini et de l'isola dei gabbiani. Un chemin privé à travers la Macchia vous mènera vers la plage en 2 minutes à pieds, vélo ou en voiture. Nettoyage 3x par semaine inclus.

My house is in the center of Olbia, a few minutes away from the bus stops to the beaches, airport and port. It's also close to some bars, restaurants, supermarket, and the train station. Bilocale a 130mt dalla spiaggia

Comodo bilocale con veranda che affaccia sul golfo di Porto Istana e sulle isole di Tavolara e Molara. La casa è inserita in un ampio giardino di 2000mt/q con campo da tennis privato. L’interno è composto da una piccola camera matrimoniale e un soggiorno cucina dove è presente un divano/letto singolo. È presente ANCHE una doccia esterna con acqua calda. Le tre splendide spiagge di Porto Istana sono raggiungibili a piedi tramite strada privata in 2 minuti.
