Siamo stati in questa casa per una notte durante la nostra vacanza. Appartamento spazioso e cucina ben fornita. Dolly è stata gentilissima!

Excellent location to visit Pelosa beach and to catch the ferry to Assinara, minutes away from both. The apartment has everything you need and more. It's spotlessly clean and had many little touches that is a real credit to the owners who live nextdoor. They gave us a warm welcome and allowed us extra time on the departure date. Thank you both for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

Очень понравились апартаменты! Отличное расположение для исследования северо-восточной части Сардинии. Очень красивый пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы! Зона барбекю, чудесная терраса! В доме было все необходимое, даже зонтик для пляжа. Хозяин очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Обязательно вернёмся в эти апартаменты, когда в следующий раз будем посещать Сардинию.

Appartamento attaccato alla spiaggia che anche col maestrale è tra le piú riparate della zona, inoltre muovendosi a piedi nelle vicinanze c'è supermercato e ristorante tutto pratico. Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Paola è stata carinissima, oltre ai consigli utili, sapendo che arrivavo di notte da sola con 3 bimbi mi ha fatto trovare il necessario per la prima colazione. Un host da 5 stelle.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno nell’appartamento di Stefano, accogliente,confortevole pulito e ben tenuto. La posizione dell’appartamento è spettacolare, proprio sul mare. Stefano è stato molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha permesso di entrare anche prima dell’orario previsto del check -in Esperienza molto positiva

Eine schöne und modern eingerichtet Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns über den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war problemlos auch dank der guten Beschreibung durch Antonella im Vorfeld. Den Pool hatten wir die meiste Zeit für uns allein. Der große Strand ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 10 Autominuten entfernt.

La maison d'Angela est situé dans un endroit exceptionnel, le quartier est residentiel et la vue sur la mer est tres belle. Au reveil comme au coucher de soleil, nous ne nous lassons pas de voir ce paysage, en plus quelque petites plages sont accessibles a pieds. Le logement est bien equipée et tout est pratique pour sejourner, nous avons apprecié egalement les derniers renouvellement d'equipement: lave vaisselle, frigidaire, four. Angela s'est montré accueillante egalement avec quelques aliments pratiques, prets a la consommation, et reactive dans le support de nos questions. Merci, pour cette possibilite de sejour dans ce beau calme paisible et proche de Stintino et de la plage de la Pelosa, le parking etait parfait derriere la maison

Excellent séjour. Accueil très chaleureux d’Alisson. Le logement est joli, agréable et fonctionnel, l’extérieur est bien aménagé et ombragé. Le seul petit bémol si on doit en trouver un: seule la pièce principale est climatisée. La résidence est paisible, offre une très belle vue sur les montagnes et une piscine magnifique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Love this place. It was impeccably clean! 5 star hotel type clean. Luxury style apartment. Very spacious. Shower is nice and much larger than most I’ve encountered throughout Italy. I loved the blackout blinds allowing me to sleep in and the additional large TV in the bedroom which was nice for lazy days when I just wanted to stay in bed and catch up on shows. If you’re staying long term everything you need is there.Full fridge/freezer/stove/oven/coffee/washing machine. Plenty of towels and also separate towels in the closet to take to the beach. I always found parking either on the same street or within one block of the apartment. It’s a quiet, residential street and short walk to the center. I also loved that there were no stairs to climb with my large suitcase as it’s on the ground floor… just open the door and step right in! The hosts were always quick to respond. Would love to stay here again if I’m back in Olbia. You’ll need phone service as the “key” is in the form of a link.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit allem was es dazu benötigt! Gute Grundaustattung und schön, dass das Resort noch einen kleinen Laden besitzt!

Das Haus hat einen einzigartigen Charme, und ist sehr liebevoll, stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da! Wir waren begeistert und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. („Wartungsprobleme“ oder „veraltete Einrichtung“ konnten wir nicht erkennen). Mit der Terrasse in den schattigen Garten hinaus und der Klimaanlage im obersten Dachgeschoss haben wir auch in der Zwischenetage so entspannt geschlafen wie vorher im Osten und Süden Sardiniens (trotz Klimaanlage) nicht. Das Haus hat alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Maristella ist ein wunderbarer Vorort von Alghero: Sowohl die Altstadt als auch viele zauberhafte Strände und Buchten sind schnell erreichbar. Ein kleiner Hausstrand morgens und abends für das An- und Abbaden auch zu Fuß, ansonsten (wie meistens auf Sardinien, schon wegen der Hitze) ist ein Auto/Mietwagen hilfreich. Marina ist die netteste Gastgeberin die man sich vorstellen kann. An die Woche und das Zusammentreffen werden wir uns immer gern erinnern.

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Appartement en RDC avec piscine en accès direct. Parking privée. Tout en étant situé ds le centre ville (supermarché a 2 pas), la propriété est très calme. L'appartement est très propre avec tout le nécessaire pr passer des vacances agréables. Ornella est très réactive aux messages. Je recommande cette location. Rapport qualité prix irréprochable.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge im Nordosten von Sardinien. Giulia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und viele Tipps für die Region gegeben. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war sie bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der große Außenbereich zum Essen, Grillen und Entspannen ist noch ein zusätzliches Plus. Durch die Badestelle auf der anderen Straßenseite kann man jederzeit im Meer schwimmen gehen. Die Wohngegend ist (zumindest im Herbst) sehr ruhig und entspannt, das kleine Stadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay. Lovely apartment with great views. Nice walks close by and great views. Close to the harbor and main town too. Anna Lisa was a great host and very responsive and very friendly.

Nous avons adoré cet établissement, le cadre est vraiment serein, notamment la terrasse avec c'est lumière tamisées, nous avons passé d'agréables moments en famille. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes techniques à notre arrivée (ce qui arrivent partout et à tout le monde) mais Linda a su être très réactive et à fait le nécessaire pour régler ces désagréments. Je le recommande à coup sur.

Daniele, Host Eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni ed inoltre le istruzioni del check-in son state perfette. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dei dolcetti e delle bibite, davvero molto gentili. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, sia per il prezzo che per la posizione vicino alla spiagge più belle.

Sehr schön mitten in Taunaunella gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einem super Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung an sich ist super ausgestattet und perfekt geeignet für Familien. In einem Radius von ca. 20km sind sehr viele wunderschöne Strände zu gelegen und mehrere Supermärkte sind in Budoni vorhanden (ca. 3km) Francesco als Gastgeber ist ein super Host..Immer zu erreichen, proaktiv und super hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur witerempfehlen.

Super schöne, meernahe, familienfreundliche und toll ausgestattete Wohnung. Claudia und ihr Bruder boten uns darüberhinaus einen tollen Service, sodass uns Wünsche wie eine zweite Bettdecke innerhalb von einer Stunde erfüllt wurden. Total empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder!

Hele fijne plek, mooi uitzicht en alles was aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf! Gianrico was zeer flexibel en de communicatie ging super. Aanrader!!

De Bougainviletta is een mooie, rustige plek waar vandaan je de omgeving kunt ontdekken. Tussen de mooiste stranden van Sardinië in. Communicatie met host Cristina is super. Er ontbrak ons aan niets. Er stond zelfs een flesje wijn klaar bij aankomst. En parkeren is gratis! ;)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa idéalement située sur l'île. La maison est parfaitement équipée et la literie est vraiment de bonne qualité. La petite terrasse extérieure est un vrai plus pour profiter le soir. Notre hôte Riccardo a ètė prévenant et bienveillant, il a su nous donner de bons conseils sur la région et nous a toujours répondu du rapidement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez Riccardo et ne manquerons pas d ele conseiller à nos amis. merci encore pour tout
