The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

The Loft: near MSU, private entry, kitchen & baths

Our fun & sun-filled Loft has a private entrance, a well-stocked full kitchen, a shower/tub, an enclosed toilet area, a queen & twin bed, AC, a 2-sofa space with TV streaming . . . & an indoor swing! There is a BBQ & an outdoor dining table + two bikes, snow shoes and a full washer/dryer & 2nd half bath in the garage. We have driveway parking for Loft guests, and are just blocks from the University & historic downtown . . . & BTW, we also AirBnB the main house: airbnb.com/h/montana-mediterranean

Cliff's Cabin - authentic Montana retreat

Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. A stellar location, you will be hard-pressed to find a more memorable authentic cabin experience during your Montana travels

Elk Ridge cabin with great views near Yellowstone

Just the right amount of rustic, this cabin is also quite secluded with a few neighbors, including deer, elk, foxes, eagles, hawks, magpies, blue birds, finches, gophers, and more! Located with an awe-inspiring view of the mountains and so close to Yellowstone and Chico Hot Springs, and the western town of Livingston. Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.

Rustic cabin on horse, goat, donkey and cow farm.

Enjoy views of the Bridger Mountains off the deck. This property is situated on a 10 acre horse ranch just 15 minutes west of Bozeman. 20 minutes from the airport & 5 minutes from numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Sit and relax as horses meander about and start their day. 2minutes north is Cottonwood Hills Golf Course. Fish in the Gallatin River or soak in Bozeman Hot Springs just 5 minutes away. Fantastic hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, skiing and many other outdoor activities.

This home is located in the base area at Big Sky Resort. This cozy studio hosts all the modern amenities guests are looking for; including WiFi, Smart TV, full bathroom with basic necessities, king bed with twin trundle, coin-operated laundry on-site, and more! Antique Montana Sheepherder's Wagon

The best kept secret in the Gallatin Valley. 20 miles from Bozeman, but a world away. Limited guests mean you often have the place to yourself or just a few others. A step above tent camping. Located on a historic farm just minutes from town. As such, there are farm animals. We are pet-loving people, but please don't just arrive with your pets without first checking. We have lived here all of our lives and work the land we live on. See other listings.

Charming Cabin w Hot Tub/Creek close to EVERYTHING

Offering a true Montana experience, this beautiful cabin sits on 10 acres of wilderness with a running creek just out of the cabin's front door. The cabin offers all modern amenities for comfort, including a relaxing hot tub for you to enjoy under the starry sky.
