The place was in a convenient location and was close by the grocery. Space was very minimalist and has a staircase access going to the second floor. We were 5 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we booked last minute so the amenities prepared were for 4 that time. It was hard to manage the heater since the breaker would get tripped when we had to run the heater on all the rooms and was told to run the heater one at a time. During this time , it was an unusually cold winter and it was hard to manage with all the kids freezing. I suggest to bundle up or bring some hand warmers.

Really nice place to stay with family. Host is very responsive and supportive. Really enjoyed there.

Uncle Rabbit is the man! Very helpful from show us around town to getting us from the train station to also answering any questions we had. As for the room is was actually even nicer than we thought it was going to be so huge bonus, overall fantastic place if trying to see fuji.

Must go option, waking up with Mt Fuji view and extremely quiet area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maki. Le logement de Maki est confortable et très propre. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les activités à faire dans le secteur ainsi que les magasins pour faire nos courses. La place de parking comprise dans le prix est très appréciable. Les instructions pour l électroménager sont précises. Merci beaucoup Maki.

Thank you Toshi and Reiko! My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time in your apartment by the sea. We loved the space, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! If you like surfing this is a great spot, right in front of Usami beach, and you can rent surf boards and gear at a nearby shop. We adored Usami, with easy access to Ito and Atami, and all attractions in the area (Jogasaki Coast, Mt Omuro, Mt Fuji and more!). We especially loved the local restaurants and, our favorite was the bento shop by the train station, the best!!! We would love to come back some day :)

A wonderful place to stay after a long day soaring over Hakone, a short uphill walk from the stations. Lots of amenities, great hospitality, definitely gonna recommend this place to anyone that has a plan to go around the area.

Nous ne sommes resté qu'une nuit mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Le logement est vraiment beau et la vue incroyable au réveil. C'est parfait pour un moment de repos, au calme, durant un séjour au japon.

Kim was super friendly. Her place was great - my 2.5 year old really enjoyed the place and was upset we had to leave. The onsen and sauna was great as well. We had dinner at the restaurant one night which was very yummy as well. Overall a great stay at fuji area.

Die Wohnung von Schoko ist sehr gut geieignet für Familien mit 2 oder mehr Kindern. Insgesamt können in der Wohnung 6 Pesonen übernachten. Schoko ist eine äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin und hat sich sehr viel mühe gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel liebe zu Details. Besonders schön fanden wir die Bättwäsche und das sehr schöne Bett im schlafzimmer.

what a wonderful place to stay. Place was spacious and quiet, good spot to get away from the city. if the weather is right , it has a great view of Mt. fuji. bikes that were offered was a plus! especially if you want to get around in that area. would recommend a car or trains if you want to go closer to the mountain

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Easily one of the best places I've stayed at in Japan. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and the condo that we stayed in was so unnecessarily spacious it felt like luxury.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

숙소가 너무 조용해서 좋았어요. 그래도 10분만 걸어가면 관광지라 편하기도 했습니다!
