Sie bietet 130 m² mit hohen Decken, großem, offenen Wohnbereich mit Zugang zum Garten/Terasse und luxuriöser Küche - alles im Erdgeschoss. Ein eigener PKW- Einstellplatz ist dirkekt bei der Wohnung und auch bequem über die Terasse zu erreichen. Alle Einnahmen über airbnb werden übrigens ausschließlich genutzt, um die Wohnung NOCH mehr aufzuwerten! Genießt eure Auszeit - ruhig und zentral!

Zoek niet verder! Ons appartement gelegen in het hart van de stad, met prachtige grachten en een historische achtergrond, is de perfecte locatie voor een filmset of gewoon een weekendje weg. Zo staat het romantische bankje uit de populaire film 'The Fault in Our Stars' recht voor onze deur. Je bent binnen enkele minuten lopen bij het Anne Frank Huis, het Rijksmuseum en het Vondelpark. Maar ook het bruisende nachtleven van Amsterdam is om de hoek, met tal van bars en restaurants op loopafstand.

Dit heerlijk appartement, gelegen op de eerste etage, heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen, ligt direct aan het water en biedt volop privacy. Via de voordeur komt u in een ruime hal waar u de trap oploopt en binnenkomt in het appartement. Via de gang bereikt u de slaapkamer met een comfortabel tweepersoons boxspringbed. Tegenover de slaapkamer is het toilet met daarnaast de ruime badkamer. Aan het eind van de gang is de ruime sfeervolle woonkamer met keuken en ook twee slaapplekken.

Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Hof von Donnerschwee / App Helene

Der 1937 erstmals erwähnte und später erbaute Hof von Donnerschwee liegt im Nordosten der Stadt Oldenburg und war das erste Siedlungshaus am Platz. Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. Die Umgebung besticht durch seine Nähe zu den Donnerschweer Wiesen und seinen wunderschönen Rad- und Spazierwegen. Trotzdem sind die alltäglichen Dinge des Bedarfs innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß oder per pedes erreichbar.
