The cottage is also a perfect location for a peaceful getaway where you can spend time simply relaxing amidst classic California scenery: oaks, pines, and the ever-changing skies.

It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). My College Home, is my guest house, in old Fig Garden, located in a peaceful garden like setting on a great property. I have updated it in 2024 and put in a new Air Conditioning/ heating unit. Easy access to Highway 41 with a 90 minute drive to the Yosemite Gate. For dining and entertainment we are near the Tower District and Fig Garden Village. It is a one bedroom non-smoking detached home which shares the backyard with the main house and our 2 labs. Pets will be considered for x-tra fees.
