Hallway is occasionally shared with owner. 1 block to 15 min bus ride to Harvard Sq. (directions below) Easy access to Boston but in green and quiet neighborhood. This is a newly renovated condo in a clean and very quiet neighborhood! Must be able to climb steep and narrow stairs as it is a 100 years old building. Very conveniently located condo unit on the third floor. Not for serious cooker as we do not provide standard oven and stove, but come with dishwasher and a full size fridge. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, Thai, Chinese, Italian, American, and Mideast. Arsenal mall full of entertainment and shopping is walking distance.
