You'll enjoy twelve foot ceilings with ceiling fans, large windows with working shutters, gorgeous woodwork including a fireplace in every room (including bathrooms) and the best of furnishings and art. You will be given the access code to keys with your reservation. The front porch, laundry room and back yard are shared. The remainder is private. The house is in the heart of the oldest part of the famous Treme neighborhood, just four blocks from the French Quarter and the street car line. Creole Cottage, 3 blocks to French Quarter!

Victorian home on Esplanade Avenue, in the heart of one of New Orleans' most historic neighborhoods: Treme. The Creole Cottage is nestled behind the main house (circa 1850) and was originally a servant's quarters. Guests gain access to the Cottage through a secured gate at the side of the main house which leads through a luscious garden and courtyard. Inside, historical features include original french doors, wood floors, soaring ceilings, and loads of character and charm. 3 blocks to the FQ!
