Spring Cottage, a cosy cotswold stone cottage

Our cottage sleeps 5-6 and is nestled in the Cotswold escarpment below Rodborough Common with over 300 acres of open countryside giving dramatic views over Stroud and the Severn Vale. Off the beaten track but only a short walk to Stroud. A great place to stay anytime of the year but with a woodburner it is very cosy in the winter. Only 1.5hrs by train from London. Loads of good walks nearby inc Cotswold Way. Short drives to Bristol, Cirencester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Highchair,cot, stairgate available.

Great for some R&R as night time is virtually silent and as we do not face directly down the Stroud valley we are luck enough to enjoy very little light pollution . Stroud and Cirencester have farmers markets, independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Cotswold water park is 25 mins drive

Cottage Nestled within old Cotswold Farmhouse

Take your first glimpse of the rolling fields surrounding our traditional Cotswold stone farmstead, as you travel along our private, tree lined drive. In an AONB, the farmstead sits on the edge of the Golden Valley. Dating back to the 1700s, Little Finch's Cottage is nestled within the original Farmhouse, where you can still find exposed beams and sunny window seats. Step through Little Finch's front door into the lounge/breakfast room which is linked to the bedroom by a steep spiral staircase.

Eileen’s Cottage is in the heart of a quiet Cotswold hilltop village with pubs and shops all within walking distance. Many beautiful walks right on the doorstep. The famous Slad Valley and the Woolpack Inn is a one and half hour walk away with amazing views on route. All the Cotswold favourites, Bibury, Bourton on the Water, The Slaughters, Bath a short drive away. Call into the Jolly Nice Cafe on your way to Cirencester. Walnut Cottage lies in the heart of Chalford Valley in the Cotswolds. It is set in a large garden beside the clear, trout filled River Frome. Nearby is the disused Thames Severn Canal with its delightful paths to Sapperton and Stroud. There is also a wide variety of beautiful wooded, grassland and meadow walks. The cottage is self contained, beautifully presented and in the heart of the very friendly village of Chalford with delightful village shop. secure off-road parking.
