Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio.

Espacio exterior tranquilo y relajante gracias a su piscina y terrazas con agradables vistas donde podrán disfrutar de una deliciosa barbacoa. Acceso hasta la vivienda en coche y parking propio. La casa consta de entrada típica mallorquina, salón con chimenea y cocina totalmente equipada. Dos dormitorios dobles. Cuarto de baño con lavadora y secadora. Calefacción, aire acondicionado y WIFI en toda la vivienda. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos).

Stone villa with mountain views and quiet

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Can Palou

Can Palou is one of the oldest houses in Fornalutx, completely restored very cozy at any time of the year, it is located 5 minutes walk from the free parking and five minutes walk from the square where you will find cafes, restaurants, a small grocery store, the house has good orientation so this sunny has a living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 260 m2 garden and Swimming pool with spectacular views of the valley to the mountains.

Casita de montaña cerca del mar ideal senderismo.

Muy tranquilo y soleado, un marco incomparable. El pueblo de Fornalutx ha recibido a nivel europeo varios premios por su conservación con el entorno. La casita se sitúa a solo 10-15 minutos del mar pudiendo pasar días de playa en el Puerto de Sóller donde podrá disfrutar de todas las actividades que desee. Está situada en el corazón de la Sierra de Tramuntana, por lo tanto es un punto de partida ideal para rutas de senderismo.

Sol y Montes

Take a wide valley, enclose it with a massive rock, and let the sea slosh into the bay on the open side. Because the microclimate is favorable, add figs, olive, lemon and, above all, orange trees to the terraced slopes. Then add a village that has grown over the centuries and looks like it belonged to a nativity scene. This is Fornalutx, voted in November 2016 as the most beautiful village in the Balearics
