20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Please advise me if you have any other preferences instead of any of the above, as I want to cut down on waste. ….. thanks !

There is plenty of storage for luggage and the room is spacious enough to relax in after a day out visiting the beach and local area. We provide unlimited tea, coffee and a delicious selection of breakfast goodies for you to enjoy in privacy and at your leisure. There is an outside space which is great for a coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny day. We promise you a warm welcome.

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.
