This place prepared for EVERYTHING! Lots of beach supplies (chairs, wagon, umbrellas, toys, cooler ect). Kitchen was PERFECTLY set up. It has EVERYTHING you need to cook. Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Free standing ice maker that never runs out for ice lovers like myself. Nice Weber grill. Lots of games, books, and movies of all kinds. Beach extremely close. The boardwalk is visible from driveway. Outside enclosed shower was perfect for my sandy children. Extra beach towels were provided. Extremely clean upon arrival. The host was very friendly and responded promptly via text which made things feel more personal. Truly loved this place. Only thing I would mention which is also in the description would be that if you have a handicap person going, just be aware that you have to navigate stairs. This property probably wouldn’t be ideal because the main level is on the second floor and the king size rooms are on the 3rd floor. Perfect for anyone else though. Excited to go back!

Great place to stay , literally across the street from the beach

Beautiful place . Perfect location. Ground floor hanging area. 2 story townhouse. I liked that the main floor (2nd level) had a private 1/2 bath by the laundry room. If you are the family that you have to do some laundry in the night this is perfect , no noise to the bedrooms on the upper level. Thanks for sharing your beach house with us.

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised and host was very responsive with questions. Clean and comfortable, kid friendly and great access to an uncrowded beach. We would consider a repeat stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

This place was awesome! Close to everything and had plenty of space. Hosts were very quick to reply. Would highly recommend and will definitely book it again in the future when we go back.

Paul’s house was better than expected! Very easy to find and centrally located with easy access to Rosemary Beach and Seaside, not to mention The Big Chill directly across the street for easy meals and morning coffee runs. The house itself was spotless, cozy, full of all the amenities we needed, and had plenty of room for our family do 5. The included golf cart was perfect or getting around to the nearby beach access and dinners. We had such an amazing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely look into staying here again if we’re back in town.

Very pleasant stay. Victoria was a great host. She responded very quickly to my questions. I had trouble with the booking (no fault of the website, just me being technologically challenged), and she helped me right away. The house was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The little patio in the yard was a nice place to sit and relax. Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Location is wonderful - away from big crowds and big development, but a short bike ride to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The private beach was uncrowded with pristine white sand and gorgeous turquoise water. Five mature, yet active women loved it and hope to return for next year’s “girls trip.”

Our family had a great stay. The residence was squeaky clean. The queen bed upstairs and full bed downstairs were very comfortable. Every type of pan and utensil needed to cook family meals was provided, and the 5-cup coffee maker was perfect for my wife and I. The television includes a Roku so you can login to all of your streaming accounts. The place is about three well-lit blocks to the shops and restaurants of Palafox Street, so perfect for going out at night and walking home. Tracy was very responsive. When we ran out of an item during our long stay, Tracy had supplies shipped to the house immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this placed. It was perfect for a weekend vacay but would definitely work for a longer stay. Accommodated 4 adults and two toddlers easily. I’d would definitely book again!

My family and I were very pleased with Jacqueline’s place! Firstly and most importantly it was very clean which is hard to find! Newly established community which is also a plus. She takes pride in the little details such as leaving birthday decorations for my son which was so sweet. She was very responsive to anything that came up. We really appreciated having beach chairs, toys, a high chair and a pack and play which made it possible for us to travel light. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks so much!

Our stay was great! Vivian was very responsive when we needed help and she got us what we needed right away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were only minutes away from any beach we wanted to go to. The location was close to all the restaurants but also far enough away that it was relaxing. It was very beautiful and it made our trip extra special.

I loved the area… this town home made me feel like I was at home for my 7 day stay!!! Definitely would book again!! Only issue was I wish there was a television in the second bedroom

The house was cozy & was exactly as they advertised it to be in the pictures. It was clean & the back yard was perfect for my dog. I loved how they supply cleaning supplies, extra necessities as well. Good place to stay & I would stay again.

Richard and Ginger were amazing hosts. They thought of everything and made themselves very available if we had any questions and gave excellent suggestions and recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The unit was super clean and had everything including water and a snack bowl. I definitely recommend this rental!

I love the place, very clean, outstanding location. The house it’s furnished it everything you need. High quality linens and towels. Vegan hand wash, shampoo and body wash. Around have many state parks with good beach’s, Bathrooms, showers and parking for free. The host, she is amazing, very communicative, easy going personality. Thanks, The Silva family.

We had a great time at Irene‘s place! The pictures are great, but in person is definitely out of this world! The space was large open and clean. It accommodated our entire family and friends perfectly, she had tons of linens, which was helpful as well as towels, and having beach gear on the side of the house was very helpful as well. Lots of walkable, restaurants and grocery stores, everything was clean, and Irene was very quick to be responsive with any questions that we had. We will definitely be back! First time visiting Navarre Beach and having a townhouse with the perfect views of the ocean made our stay amazing! We ran into a few bumps but Amanda was always quick to respond and flexible to help solve issues. Having a covered porch allowed my 86 yr old mom the ability to relax , search for dolphins and watch the military plans fly by. The bedroom was spacious with private bedrooms. I love waking up in the morning, going out on the balcony and watch the sunrise! I would highly recommended to everyone!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely phenomenal! The host went above and beyond -she truly left no stone unturned. Everything we could have needed was thoughtfully provided, and her responsiveness and kindness made us feel so welcomed. The space was incredibly comfortable and peaceful.; it felt like a true home away from home. When we weren’t out exploring Pensacola, we loved just hanging out at the house. The private backyard and game room was a perfect spot to unwind -shooting hoops, playing ping-pong or enjoying a few rounds of cornhole. Oh, and shout out to the retro Pac-Man machine! I managed to snag the high score at 20,590 points. If you end up booking, I officially challenge you to beat it. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again! Highly recommend!
