"The Driftwood House Suite", A Woods Bay Getaway

Our home is in Woods Bay, a small community near Flathead Lake. The suite where our guests stay is the back portion of our house with its own entrance. It consists of a porch, a bedroom, a private bathroom, a sitting room and a Pavillon outdoors with a grill and space for cooking. The sitting room includes a desk, a tele and comfy love seat as well as Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and a small refrigerator. It is just a short walk to the community beach, or several pubs, even a small market.

15 minutes to Whitefish, the airport, Flathead Lake, and 45 minutes to Glacier Park! Guests visiting October- April, ask us about bringing a pet! Come relax in our newly updated and stylish guest suite, complete with a handmade kitchen counter and coffee table made from locally cut pine slabs, a handmade oversized barn door, locally created art, a functional layout and plenty of natural light! Our coffee bar is a guest favorite and a great way to wake up before a day of hiking or skiing.

Set outside of town, you can enjoy the quiet, yet be only miles away from first-class shopping, all-season recreating, and a variety of excellent restaurants. Owner lives on-site and the entrance to the rental takes you through the garage before you head inside. Unconventional, sure, but once you’re inside it’s comfortable, private, and peaceful. We set our nightly rate accordingly, as we know not everyone is drawn to this set-up.

The natural area has many hiking trails and access to the Stillwater River. We are a licensed vacation rental!

Our guest studio is brand new and has a separate private outside, upstairs entrance. You will be a 5 minute drive from downtown Whitefish and staying in a beautiful, rural area of Whitefish. Our property rests on 5 acres and wildlife are frequent guests here. The guest studio has a very comfortable king sized bed with organic linen bedding. Black out shades are provided. There is a shower/bath combo in the large bathroom (separated by a door) and a hanging rod available for clothes

The bedroom is right off this area where you will find a queen bed, walk in closet and oversized shower stall in the bathroom.
