The cottage is perfectly situated 2 minutes from junction 48 off the M4 which allows the easy exploration of Swansea, Llanelli, Gower, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.

Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.
