Traditional menorquin architecture from 19th century in original shape- distribution of the bedrooms visible in the fotos, please mind the floorplan Perfect for one or two big families. Sonos Multiroom Soundsystem in the house and terrace. Great views Private, quiet area and no near neighbors. Just a 10-15min drive to beaches or to Mahon, 800m to San Clemente with groceries and restaurants.

Privacidad, inmensa Villa, tenis, piscina..

Ven a disfrutar de nuestra maravillosa Villa, donde encontrarás grandes espacios de ensueño. Un jardín inmenso rodeado de grandes arboles, una piscina muy original de más de 100 m2, una pista de tenis, diferentes zonas de terraza con sofa, hamacas, ping-pong, altavoces en la terraza y piscina... Dos salones, uno con una TV una de 86" y otro de 65". Tendréis una estancia perfecta, podréis disfrutar de un entorno único, con total privacidad y con todos los lujos.

Villa sobre la playa de Cala Morell, Menorca

Moderna villa con piscina, situada en Cala Morell, una de las zonas con más encanto paisajístico de Menorca, un lugar inigualable que invita a la desconexión total. Gracias a su situación en lo alto del acantilado, la villa disfruta de inigualables vistas al mar y a la playa; el momento de la puesta del sol que cae justo delante de la casa, es todo un espectáculo. Desde la terraza, un caminito privado conduce hasta la playa. Aire acondicionado.

Situada en el cetro de los delfines del complejo calan forcat, villa independiente con acceso muy sencillo a la costa con la cala de calan forcat y muy cerca de calan brut . En el centro del complejo tiene gran cantidad de bares y restarurantes , La antigua capital, Ciutadella se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche y esta llena de arquitectura interesante , calles sinuosas y excelentes lugares para almorzar y pasear .
