Best House Cambridge/Somerville

spacious 1900's mansard Victorian. Bright cheerie & centrally located if you're looking for a pad in Cambridge/Somerville. A 10-12minute walk to Harvard Square & close to the Red Line. Great kitchen, living room & /cablewifi. Three bedrooms--one with a European Queen Bed, one double bed & one single. There is one full bathroom w/a large glass shower & a claw foot tub. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is a front porch to sit & sip wine on & a back deck where you can grill & eat out on. I've been living here 12 years--Its tastefully appointed, eclectic finds & a mid century modern touch--absolutely the best equipted kitchen. I've been a chef in Boston & Cambridge for quite some time!

Newly remodeled home with ocean views!

Spacious home newly remodeled with all high end touches. This house has views of the Boston skyline and harbor Islands. Each bedroom and floor has it's own split system air conditioning for maximum comfort. Preferred neighborhood of North Weymouth which is 10 miles from Boston. This house provides a convenient location for you and your family to explore the city with all the comforts of home. Full laundry facilities are on the same floor with the bedrooms. 2 decks to relax and enjoy the views.

Here you are down the street from some of Marblehead's hidden gems such as Redds Pond, Browns Island & Old Burial Hill Cemetery. One car parking. 5 minute walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Fully fenced in yard with turf grass. One bedroom with a low profile queen sized bed. In unit washer/dryer. Full bath with tub. Newly renovated kitchen with major appliances: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso maker & microwave. Sheets & bath linens provided. Minisplit A/C. Home is all one level.

Tiny house experience steps from the water!

-Tiny house experience in quiet private neighborhood on its own lot with great backyard & fire pit on private secluded St. -prof cleaned after each guest -High speed internet/ expanded cable -Built in full bed with queen sleeper futon bed that can sleep 2 more -Just a few steps from beautiful Dudley Pond for swimming/fishing and great walking trails Wayland is one of nicest towns in MA yet only a min or two from anything you need and less than half hour from Boston. texts returned instantly

Anchor House Marblehead Retreat

You'll love this 3 bedroom house in a family friendly neighborhood. It has an updated kitchen that transitions to a generous open plan living/dining area with hardwood flooring. A comfortable daybed just perfect for reading or napping is on the first floor as well as a lovely bedroom with an adjacent half bath and laundry. The second floor has two fully carpeted bedrooms and an updated spacious full bath. Decorated with intentional New England cottage style, it is sunny, cozy, and spacious.

3 bedroom impeccable private home, quiet street

Clean, quiet house with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, fenced in yard, smart TVs (no cable). Quiet, safe, clean neighborhood, close to restaurants, and amazing outdoor destinations (Blue Hills reservation for hiking, swimming, photography, biking, etc), also golf course, horse barns, rock climbing, ice rink and more! Please note, the driveway and yard are shared with the downstairs unit.

Walk to Everything Great about Marblehead!

Lovely, spacious antique house near Redd's Pond and walkable to Old Town and two sandy beaches are a 10 minute walk. Large family room/kitchen near sunny deck and private back yard. Perfect for multiple families with small children - historic lanes and many stores and restaurants are nearby.
