It was very comfortable - the hot tub costs £50 and we hadn’t realised. Would have expected the hot tub to have been covered by the high price point. That said, it was worth it. Our small dog (3kg) escaped out of a hole in the fence, that we had to block for the rest of the stay, but other than that it was super nice. Some outdoor heating would be a touch but the heated floor compensates.

Jan & Ben's place was just what we needed and had been looking forward to based on the property description and photos. All rooms were beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, perfectly sized for our short break with our two greyhounds. Comfortable and spacious accommodation with well equipped kitchen, great water pressure, with central heating working really well on cool nights. The hot tub was well enjoyed, too. The hosts were very friendly, the surroundings very peaceful and well maintained. The only thing we regretted was not having booked a longer holiday!

Great stay with hot tub and open fire! If you're looking for a romantic getaway and country walks on your door step with great pubs, this is your place! So well equipped from kitchen to robes and slippers. Warm, homely and private. really enjoyed our stay.

The place was absolutely beautiful and cozy feels like we’re just at home chilling. Every part of the room is spacious. Spotless clean. Backyard was big where we set up the party. Host was kind and responsive. We enjoyed our time spent in his place. Will definitely come back

We had a wonderful time staying here, the surroundings were so beautiful and every part of the hideaway was a pleasure. The hosts were great and were very patient with our very excitable puppy. This place will now hold special meaning to us as we got engaged in front of the view from the bedroom terrace. Thanks very much for a lovely stay!

Carina was a good host and always available without being intrusive. The property is well priced and cosy with all the amenities required for an extended stay with lots to do on the doorstep in the beautiful area as well easily accessible links to the motorways to travel further afield. We visited the place and used it as a base as a family of 5 and spent a lot of the time out of the property as we were visiting family in the area. The amenities were great and we were able to wash the kids clothes that were getting dirty from all the outdoor activities available on the doorstep, we did a fair bit of walking in the surrounding country trails and went to legoland which is close by, the local pub was within walking distance and served fantastic food at a great price. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodation and host and would welcome another visit here, if I was to add a constructive appraisal would perhaps look to update the soft furnishings for a enhanced experience.

We had the most wonderful stay at Anya's property. Anya is a fantastic host and all of the thoughtful little touches did not go unnoticed - some of which included some delicious home made vintage cookies and a bottle of prosecco which went down a dream! We really enjoyed exploring the local farm shop and beautiful nearby hikes. Would love to come back and highly recommend a stay here!! Xx

Really enjoyed our stay here. Close to family for us but just outside of Chichester and not far from lovely coastal villages and harbours if you are on holiday. Goodwood farm shop is minutes away. Comfortable accommodation, I`ve got some mobility issues at the moment but I found it very easy to get around. The little garden was really colourful with lots of wild birds visiting and the welcome hamper was just great. Look forward to visiting again

What a great setting for an escape to the country! I already miss waking up with the chickens and pigs to greet me every day. I also saw more wild animals and birds in my walks around here in a week, than I have in years in London. Auriol is a great host, relaxed, knowledgeable and friendly, and the property is exactly as described and shown here. Tips for other travelers: If you’re a light sleeper bring an eye mask and earplugs as it does get sunny in the main bedroom. Looking forward to returning here!

What a great find tucked away up a quiet residential road....in the morning with the birdsong we felt we could have been in the countryside! The house was bigger than we'd expected and the outside space was a real bonus in the lovely weather. Two big ticks were the comfortable beds and good water pressure for the shower - we look forward to staying again when we're in the area.

Mary-Ann was so helpful prior to the stay giving recommendations about places to eat. As we were there during a storm, we lost electricity and Mary-Ann went over and above delivering extra blankets, food and hot thermos. She also checked on us in the morning and delivered hot breakfast. Simply amazing, especially when there was nothing she could do about the national electricity outage. We can't wait to come back!

Cathia was an incredible host and made me feel so welcome. I was staying with my bridesmaids for my wedding and Cathia made the trip extra special. She is super responsive and her place is beautiful! Thank you so much!

Our second time staying at Jenny's cottage which is immaculately presented and has everything you could want for a cosy stay! On both occasions we were able to park right outside the cottage which was super convenient. We're also big fans of the local Italian restaurant Mamma Mia, as well as the record store Slipped Discs!

Great quirky 2 bed right in the heart of Arundel. As a young family of three we very much wanted a place with the bedrooms on the same floor and this hit the mark. We’ve stayed in several airbnbs over the years in Arundel and they pretty much all have steep stairs, as this one did, which is no exception. Mark actually lives here part time so this place feels the way airbnbs used to: full of homey items, a fully stocked spice rack, cooking utensils etc (so many places don’t even leave you with salt these days). Added bonus were all the children’s toys and books accessible if desired- very much our case. The apartment is in a cute cottage on a public parking lot and at the back of a pub I think, so although there is definitely some daytime commotion, it is surprisingly quiet at night. Thank you mark- the welcome chocolates were promptly enjoyed and we will certainly be back!

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.

We had such a cozy, lovely and wonderful stay at Apple Tree Cottage! The cottage is exactly as pictured in the photos and the amenities are wonderful. We loved that there was plenty of wood to use both fireplaces and the fully stocked kitchen. The welcome basket from Julia and Tony was a kind touch and we loved the fresh eggs! My husband also loved the BBQ in the patio. We met both Julia and Tony and they were very friendly. Another plus the local pub just a 1 minute walk from the cottage - we had a great meal there. We also loved the quiet surroundings and went on a beautiful country walk. Julia was very responsive with any questions. This is a great location if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a stunning area. It’s also perfect for a small group of friends or family. Thank you so much, Julia and Tony! We hope we’ll visit again soon. :)

Fantastic two bedroom property. I really recommend this for exploring the west end of the South Downs. We walked and cycled several sections during our stay. The property is finished to a high standard and is well equipped. It was great to have the use of a washing machine when we returned to the property with muddy clothes after exploring. We'd like to go back in the future.

Lovely property and location. Excellent base for exploring the south coast and Westbourne village is very pretty. Recommended.
