Beautifully quiet 1 bed studio flat nestled in the village of Alphington. Close to centre & all good city links A38, M5, Marsh Barton Train station 10 minutes walk. The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
