Bonjour, Très jolie maison située dans un quartier calme, proche commodités. Le logement est très sympathique, bien situé et fonctionnel. Seul bémol malheureusement, le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'une salle de bains comparé à la superficie du logement et sa capacité d'accueil. Sinon rien à signaler. Perfekt boende för oss, 3 par, som åkte runt på dagarna och lagade mat hemma på kvällarna. Fullt utrustat kök och 3 sovrum. Finns både tvätt- och diskmaskin. Härliga ytor i huset, nu hade vi tur med vädret så satt ute hela tiden. Anne var hjälpsam med tips i omgivningarna.

Très belle maison, au calme. Parfait pour un séjour en groupe ou pour une grande famille. Hôte disponible et réactive. Je recommande.

Jolie maison, bien décorée et équipée, refaite avec goût, avec terrasse et jardin agréables. Environnement très calme, harmonieux, avec plein d'oiseaux et de chauves souris. Très nature. Seul bémol : les 2 chambres de l'étage, le grand canapé sont confortables mais le lit d'appoint de la salle de jeux n'est pas adapté au couchage d'un adulte dans de bonnes conditions. Le lave-vaisselle fonctionnait mal, nous avons lavé à la main. Sinon, tout est positif. Le voisin qui possède une champignonnière est adorable.

A fantastic place for a stopover between Switzerland and the UK. The house is modern and well appointed and the self check in was super easy which made everything stress free after a long day of second. Everything inside is basic, but it was all we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Epernay at Olivier's accommodation. Olivier was clear in communication and the apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed, in addition to also being very close to the Epernay town and therefore making it very walkable to get to restaurants and Champagne street. Olivier also made sure to visit and introduce himself which was a nice personal touch. We would definitely consider staying there again if we go in the future.

Appartement idéal pour visiter les alentours. On a été avec un enfant de 3 ans, il a été conquis par la trampoline le terrain de pétanque. nous sommes allés 2 jours au center parcs grâce à sa proximité. La piscine un peu froide car on ne peut pas fermer les portes et il faisait frais, j’imagine en été ça doit aller. L’endroit correspond aux photos, la cerise sur le gâteau c’est le lit, il est neuf et donc le matelas est firme, très très bien! Très satisfaite de notre séjour, mon mari à goûté la bavette dans le restaurant du camping il dit que c’est la meilleure bavette qu’il n’a jamais goûté !

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Francine. Lucie was prompt to reply to every message and Celia at check in and check out was on time, helpful and very welcoming. The pool is fabulous and the house large enough to accommodate 2 families without feeling on top of each other. The rooms without AC can be very warm overnight and it is not possible to open windows because of the mosquitos, but all bearable. There is nothing in walking distance of the house, but it meant we had peaceful surroundings and didn't feel we would upset anyone when our children were noisy. If you are looking for a peaceful, spacious oasis, this is the perfect spot. We would happily return!

On a passé un très bon séjour dans un calme absolu, quartier tranquille et aucun vis à vis, . La maison est bien équipée et parfaite pour des vacances en famille, on a bien apprécié la déco de Noel.. Notre fils s'est bien amusé avec le chat.

Jolie maison, proche de Paris, parfaite pour se réunir en groupe (nous étions 9). Le coin salon avec la cheminée est parfait pour se détendre. Les poules des voisins à notre fenêtre tous les matins pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants. Christelle est très sympathique, disponible et arrangeante. Merci beaucoup !

Mooi, karaktervol huis met een fijne buitenplaats met zwembad. In de buurt van Reims en Epernay voor goede restaurants en champagneproeverijen. Hele aardige gastvrouw!

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, immer schnell geantwortet und mit super Tipps fürs Wochenende (Champagnerverkostung, Restaurant)! Flexibler unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hatte überlesen, das ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist und Fahrräder nur auf Anfrage, aber sonst alles super und wie in der Beschreibung! Haus gut ausgestattet- alles da was man für ein Wochenende braucht. Gerne wieder und jedenfalls empfehlenswert!

We hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad in het appartement van Pauline. Het was schoon, had veel voorzieningen, op loopafstand van het centrum en was ook nog eens heel leuk huiselijk ingericht. Het was bijna jammer dat we niet meer tijd in het huisje zelf hebben gespendeerd. Contact via de chat ging heel soepel, ze wil graag meedenken en deelt tips. Daarnaast spreekt ze (voor ons erg fijn) best een goed woordje Engels, waardoor bij aankomst we toch goed met elkaar konden communiceren. Al met al een heel fijn verblijf en zou het aan iedereen aanraden!

A perfectly pristine, newly refurbished one-night stopover in the Côte des Blancs, at the heart of champagne country, attached to a great producer who offered us tastings after our long journey; we bought loads and had some chilled for our evening. Great comfy bed, excellent shower, blackout blinds, and coffee machine. It's on the road but we had no noise issues. Secure parking in the courtyard too. There's not much activity in the village, as was made clear to us, but it's very peaceful and the pizza place was very much open and the two we had for takeaway were excellent. Superbly convenient, plus delicious champagne: we hope to return soon!

Great place! Keep in mind there are two toilets in the four bathrooms so plan accordingly, lol. Sebastien was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again.

La struttura si trova esattamente all’interno della cantina quindi la location è molto suggestiva e offre possibilità di degustazione in loco. Tuttavia la sera si gode di un silenzio perfetto. Siamo state bene accolte con la nostra cagnolina. La casa ha le dotazioni e le caratteristiche descritte. La zona è ottimale per le visite e gli acquisti nella cote de Blancs.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und haben uns riesig wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt da Innen- und Außenraum ausreichend Platz für eine große Gruppe geboten haben. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sehr bequeme Betten und schöne Rückzugsorte. Im Nachbarort kann man morgens frisches Brot holen und mit dem Auto sind es nur 20 min nach Reims. Ein besonderes Feature: Der hauseigene Champagner steht im Kühlschrank bereit zur Selbstbedienung und kann nach Ende des Aufenthaltes direkt bezahlt werden. Wir haben gleich mehrere Kisten mitgenommen! Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!
