We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

I really enjoyed my stay at Claudius’ home! It’s much more home-like and comfortable than most Airbnbs and is in a nice location.

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful views of the coast and sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area with lovely walks on the doorstep. Brian is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

This is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment suitable for two people in one of the nicest neighborhoods in London. Everything you need to see and do is right in this neighborhood; two blocks to the Gloucester Station, grocery store, great restaurants and a street full of coffee shops, pubs and bakeries. You can walk to a local health club. Harrods is a short mile from the apartment. This place is location, location, location. It doesn't get any better. Jerry

We had a wonderful time staying at Debbie’s apartment. There was everything we could have wanted there. We were greeted with a warm welcome and Debbie had a vase of fresh flowers in the room, a lovely lemon drizzle cake and a bottle of wine. Such a thoughtful treat for us. The apartment is very clean, a nice comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. There is also a real log burner but we didn’t need to use it as we were cosy without it. The private garden is an added bonus and was a lovely addition to our stay. We will definitely stay with Debbie again

Fantastic stay at Leworth apartments. A little tip for anyone else staying here, there is a cut through near Tesco Express that goes to the front of the apartments, Apple Maps didn’t show this! Great stay though, will stay again I’m sure! 👍

Appartement très bien situé près des rives de l’Orne, on peut se garer facilement devant et aller en ville à pied donc très agréable pour sortir. Il y a effectivement un peu de bruit chez les voisins mais c’est raisonnable, on mets des bouchons d’oreille et on n’en parle plus. Si on prend un logement en centre ville, c’est normal d’avoir un peu de bruit. Le logement est grand, spacieux, de très bon goût et c’est très agréable d’avoir plusieurs serviettes de bain à sa disposition. L’arrivée et le départ en autonomie sont idéal, on a reçu un sms le matin de notre arrivée avec des instructions très claires. Je recommande vivement !

We had a comfortable stay in this beautiful house for two weeks. We loved how close it is to the beach and the sea view from the bedrooms. Very easy to walk around and there is a variety of shops within walking distance. The sofas and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our cat also enjoyed the place and her little walks in the garden. It was generally very quiet, other than the neighbour's dogs clockwork barking sessions at 11pm & 7am. Our only comment was that the house was freezing when we arrived and it took many hours to heat up, causing one of us a nasty headache the next day. It would be nice if the heating was turned on a bit earlier. Once it was warm, it did maintain the heat quite well. Other than that everything was great and would visit again, especially when the weather gets better!

Maison impeccable et parfaitement adaptée pour les groupes. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont idéales : on peut cuisiner et partager les repas tous ensemble, ce qui rend le séjour très convivial. Petit bémol, l’extérieur est un peu exigu pour une capacité aussi importante, c’est un peu dommage. Mais dans l’ensemble, c’est un lieu très agréable et propice à des séjours en groupe.

Logement très agréable et de bonnes dimensions surtout. Bien équipé et une literie de qualité. La réactivité de Maryvonne est au top. Malgré notre réservation de dernière minute, elle a été très arrangeante. à retenir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement impeccable, fonctionnel et dans un quartier calme. Que ce soit en amont ou pendant le séjour, la communication a toujours été bonne et réactive. Nous recommandons ce logement sans réserve.

Great place to stay for work. Deborah was always responsive. Will definitely be staying again if available.

It was exactly what we needed and we could make ourselves at home.

Second time here, nice peaceful and quiet area no to busy for location.

Abi’s place was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The house was well stocked, spotlessly clean, homely and the perfect size for us. With free parking outside it was ideal for our work van. The neighbourhood was quiet, which helped get a good nights sleep each night. It’s a short walk to the local pub for dinner and drinks and has a convenience store on the corner for any essentials. Abi was a wonderful host, with clear instructions, making it easy for us to check in and out. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend Abi and her home to anyone!

What an amazing place, accomodation was perfect, Sue is a great host . Very helpful with parking of our 2 vans . We had the perfect week of weather to site and chill . Can not recommend enough .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le cocon de Maximilien ! La décoration est génial, le logement est impeccable, confortable et très bien équipé. La communication avec Maximilien s’est très bien passée et il nous a fourni de bonnes adresses. L’appartement est situé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre de Carnac ville. Le jacuzzi est un petit plus bien appréciable !

Our stay at Ali’s place was very enjoyable. He was extremely communicative and responsive both before and during our trip.

Had a fantastic stay in Pippa’s place with my family this weekend. Really good value for such a lovely place. Had the best weekend exploring the Devon coastline. Plenty of places to surf and eat. The place was clean, spacious and really well stocked. I usually carry a lot of ‘utilities’ with me when travelling but I didn’t need any of them in Pippa’s place. Was also really nice to be able to properly unpack as there is ample storage space. My children loved it too!

We had a great time, very accommodating host. The apartment is right on the beach with stunning views and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

This is a beautiful apartment right on the sea front. It was super clean, easy to access, spacious and perfect for our long weekend getaway. We will absolutely be returning!

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.
