This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.

Our rustic log cabin on Lake Burntside was one of the first cabins to be built on the North Arm back in the 1930s. It is the quintessential Minnesota family cabin filled with artifacts from many generations of family. This is a 2500 sq ft year-round home with open floor living area and lake views that will take your breath away! There is an electric sauna, an outdoor fire pit & a 3 season porch. Our dog friendly home sits on 12 acres of wooded land and we have 150 feet of rocky shoreline across the road. We are a 10 minute drive from downtown Ely on Shagawa lake.

We are asking our guests to bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Thank you for your understanding. Wolf Cabin is Wilderness Wind's smallest and most secluded cabin on the shore of Lake Armstrong. This adorable one bedroom cabin with kitchenette and kitchen table is at the end of the road and is quiet and private but has access to all the amenities of the Wilderness Wind resort.
