It is .3 miles to the Essentia Health Hospital/Clinic and close to many other health systems, schools, etc. It has a heated garage! This one bedroom/one bathroom adorable apartment is fully furnished for traveling professionals. The furnishings are brand new - a Dream Cloud queen 14" mattress, organic cotton bedding, all kitchenware, sofa, 43" Samsung Smart TV, and washer/dryer. All utilities and WiFi are included.
