Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

House near the beach and promenade

Casa con 3 habitaciones bien equipadas, 1 baño y 1 aseo . Muy céntrica, a tres minutos de la playa grande del pueblo . Con todos los servicios cercanos, supermercado, ambulatorio, paseo principal, mercado de los viernes, restaurantes, .... En verano, de l 15 de junio al 15 de setiembre se alquila de sábado a sábado, mínimo una semana. Día de salida se tendrá que abonar en efectivo la tasa turística para los mayores de 17 años. Los horarios entrada/salida flexibles si hay posibilidad.

Ubicada en un dels paratges més privilegiats de Llançà, la Villa sorprèn amb un còctel extraordinari: sol, mar, vistes meravelloses, calma, i un entorn natural únic.
