Brooke's place was a wonderful home base during the High Water Festival. Chic and comfortable with easy access to the festival by bike and local restaurants. Highly recommend!

The house was in a neat location and a quick drive to downtown, beaches, etc. Quiet community with several grassy areas for dog walking available. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

This is our third visit to this location, and this time we are here for an extended stay due to the damage caused by Hurricane Helene that prevents us from returning home. Ryan and his team consistently exceed expectations during each stay. I highly recommend any of their properties if you're planning to visit Folly Beach. They truly are the best.

Our stay was wonderful. The cottage was exactly what we expected and more. Extremely clean, great location only a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters. Highly recommend this charming cottage.

The home and location was excellent. Port Royal is a walkable delightful town. Walk a couple of blocks along the river buff to Fish Camp, a terrific sea food restaurant t. And steps further, She’ll Ring, a brewery with the best beer in the region. Better beer than Charleston or Hilton Head breweries. Music Bingo Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays and BlueGrass Sundays. If interested in American History, the location is idea for American Revolution naval history, and the civil,war and reconstruction. Who knew the first reading of the Emancipation Proclamation was in Port Royal. And Beaufort, a lovely riverfront historic town, Pat Conroy’s home town, is a few miles away for more restaurants and horse carriage or golf cart tours or just walking along or having coffee on the charming riverfront. This is the best AirbNB we have ever been too. Will definitely return if we come back to South Carolina. Our dog (small dogs allowed) loved the fenced in yard. Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs.

The hosts were wonderful and responsive. This was an excellent place for our family to spend the holiday weekend. The house was spacious and very clean. Great neighborhood!

This is a great home and actually had more space and storage than we needed for our 4 night stay. Perfect for a Summerville stay and we loved our visit. Very close to Charleston, the beaches, drivable to Columbia and other end of SC as well. Great host, attentive and responsive. Ve

Alecia was a great host. She responded quickly to questions and resolved a minor problem as soon as possible. The inside of the home was immaculate! There was a great supply of extra bed linens and towels .The appliances were superior. We were able to squeeze 6 cars between the garage and gravel driveway. The home appears to have more parking than most. We would love to come back.

We had a great stay at Dana's place, and the dogs loved the big back yard!

Had a great stay here. Joseph messaged full instructions for check out and check in well in advance which made it super easy. Couch was very comfortable and very large so it was a great place to sleep if you have 5 people. Backyard and patio was beautiful. Was walkable to riverfront park (if you’re up for a longer walk) and park circle restaurants. Overall great location, great place, great host. No complaints

Great overall experience during our stay in Charleston. House was clean, big, and close enough to town and many things to do. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked extremely well. The noise complaints mentioned in other reviews were not a problem for us which was a big plus. I would recommend them in the future to anyone visiting Charleston.

We had a fantastic stay during a weekend baseball tournament. The house was conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, and it was just a short drive to Charleston, Sullivan's Island, and Isle of Palms. The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. And it was perfect for our pup!

The pictures accurately represented her space. We found there was plenty of room for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, silverware and dishes, something we find to not always be the case. The location was ideal for visiting the beaches and getting to Charleston. Megan was good at making sure we had all the prearrival information we needed and had recommendations on what to do and where to eat. If we were in the area we would stay here again.

Kayla’s home was fantastic! Spacious, comfortable, great location, and a great pool. It’s super close to downtown Charleston without being near all the crowds and busy places. The best part were the beds and master bath shower! I’d come stay here again just for those. We had all the comforts of home and more. Kayla herself was also super fast getting back to us. Love a host with great communication. If I’m ever back in Charleston, I’ll be staying here!

This was our first time visiting Folly and we were not disappointed! Alison's home was just what we were looking for, beautiful clean home right in the heart of Folly. We would absolutely recommend this home; amazing location, everything you need inside, decorated so cute and the pool to top everything off! Can't wait to plan our next visit!

Everything was perfect. The backyard and screened in porch made it such a peaceful place to hangout out for us and our dogs in between adventures. I’ll definitely be booking this place again next time I visit Charleston!!

We had a great stay, but should have stayed longer as five night just wasn't enough. We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood and all the nice people we met. Its a great place.

Upon arriving in Charleston, we found the home we booked on another site had been double booked. It was late and we were tired. I had 2 of my puppies with me so I found a hotel for the night. I began looking on AirBNB and found several homes but the owners/host were not willing to accommodate us. On my last attempt before deciding to just stick it out in a hotel, I reached out to Allison's listing. She responded quickly, was willing to waive the 3 night minimum and worked to get us into her home quickly. I cannot thank her enough. We got to the home and it was awesome, clean and as described. A bonus - Allison is a lover of animals and had toys, beds and even snacks for the pups. The small fenced in backyard was perfect for my little 4 legged babies. I highly recommend staying with Allison. She is da' bomb.

Ric’s place was perfect for our Easter weekend in Charleston. The house is so cute and the location is fabulous. Close to restaurants and the beach. The backyard is awesome- great outdoor tv, firepit, grill and seating. We had a perfect stay and will definitely stay here again when we visit my family in Charleston.

Pura Vida was great for us! I was traveling with two teenaged grandchildren and two of their friends, and my two year old grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to have some space to themselves. Lots of options for everyone to do! Unfortunately (or fortunately) we never figured out how to use the tv effectively or the DVD player, but honestly, I think that was for the best! It’s a nice walk to the beach, and you can hear the ocean while hanging out in the yard or on the porch.

Really beautifully decorated little house. We were very comfortable and snug. The extra distance from downtown didn’t matter much for our short stay. Park Circle is very cool! If you have small kids, the playground is phenomenal. Shops and restaurants in that area are wonderful, too. We also stumbled on an outdoor concert not far from the house near the Noisette Creek Bridge.

Kara’s place is absolutely delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and warmth that made my stay truly enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt just like home. Kara and her team were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless. Every detail was carefully thought out, enhancing the overall ambiance. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be booking again on my next visit!
