An old, modestly updated house in a residential neighborhood right by Downtown LA & Echo Park - with the owner who manages this herself on-site in a separate unit to assist if need be. The front unit of this duplex is all yours - colorful, spacious & centrally-located. Many coffee shops, restaurants & bars are within walking distance. Only 1 mile to Dodger Stadium and less than a mile to Echo Park Lake. Enjoy driveway parking, front porch sitting, whole home water filtration & central air.

Hilltop Garden Cottage Deck/View Reg# HSR23-002992

Entire 2nd floor (steps) 500+400 sq ft deck 2BR 1 BA 3 deck cottage 5 km/3 mi from downtown. 4 guests (5 is tight) with 1 queen, 1 double, 1 single & a daybed. I have 2 Labradors, so dog lovers are WELCOME! We do allow limited use of our laundry - ask. The full kitchen, desk, fiber internet, computer, 2 streaming TVs, a gas fireplace, but THIS IS NOT a MJ Vacation/party house! Noise limits start at 10 pm/no very young children. READ further below. I live in the studio on the first floor.

Four-story modern house with space for your car in the center of Echo Park. Wake up to incredible views through floor-to-ceiling windows in the main bedroom, then relax, grill, and dine on our spacious roof deck. Just steps from the best bars and restaurants in town, and a quick walk to Silver Lake, Dodger Stadium, and Downtown. Pets are welcome, no fee! This is our home, which we Airbnb out only when we're out of town, so it has the comforts of home (not a hotel).
