This hillside apartment is in the heart of Silverlake, and is completely remodeled, and tastefully decorated in mid-century style. From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

This cozy apartment, located in Silver Lake, comes with a large parking space. It’s minutes away from most major attractions. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is 8 minutes away, and Dodger Stadium and Downtown Los Angeles are 10 minutes away, to name just a few. It’s a perfect space for a single traveler or a couple on a getaway. The interior is enhanced with numerous windows allowing for plenty of light and breezes. There is a dog in the back house, behind the fence,who barks but is not dangerous.
