'The Bull Pen' is a beautifully appointed self catering barn conversion situated on a working livestock and arable farm in the heart of rural Staffordshire, central England. Outdoor studio flat with parking

The studio is located just off the high street with bars and restaurants a few mins walk away. However it is secluded and quiet. 30 degree heating available should it be required! !There is parking outside the front door overnight, outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen, washer drier, 48 in TV Sky Q with movies and sky sports, Netflix and Disney plus, coffee machine, DVD player. All bedding and towels provided along with tea coffee, sugar and condiments, cooking oil, washing liquids etc

The Stables

1 bedroom open plan annexe on a small equestrian property In a quiet village in Ashley, Shropshire with miles and miles of public footpaths in woods, Burntwood and bishops wood! Perfect for dog walks. The annexe is in a very short walking distance to a local dog friendly pub which also serve Thai food and within another 10 minute walk is another dog friendly pub who serve English pub grub.Located only 30 minutes from Shrewsbury and 45 minutes from Alton towers. Dogs £5 extra per dog.

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

Charming Waterfront Cabin 1 + Outdoor bath

Follow the track and you'll be able to find your own rustic slice of heaven. Kick back and relax in one of our calm and tranquil waterfront cabins. You'll find the cabin over looking a lake, stocked with Trout and Carp. A fully equipped kitchen, king sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom room with a large waterfall shower. Why not watch the sun go down from the comfort of the outdoor bath tub? And bring the dog along too, plenty of great walks for them and yourselves to enjoy.

Little Elm

Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, 3.8l air fryer, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

Luxury Glamping Pod (The Beeches, Market Drayton)

Orchard Cottage Rural Retreats is home to two luxury Glamping Pods, The Laurels and The Beeches (Dog Friendly Pod) – situated in Pell Wall just a short drive or walk from the Market town of Market Drayton. Next-door to our site we have a Secure Dog Exercise Area ‘The Dogs Paddocks’ available for private hire we also have many lovely walks on the doorstep and a traditional pub The Four Alls inn at the end of the drive. The Chapel - A Hidden Gem with Private Pool & Bar

The Chapel is set in a tranquil rural location in the heart of Staffordshire’s countryside. The property is ideal for family and friends to relax and enjoy the Pool and Sauna and then finish off cocktails at the bar and then snuggle up and watch a movie. The Property is within easy access of the M6 and a short into Stone Town Centre which has lovely bars and restaurants. Moodershall Oaks Spa is close by to book a relaxing massage.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.

The Old Dairy - self contained barn for 2

Once a milking shed - The Old Dairy - is tucked away down a private drive in an idyllic hamlet in rural Shropshire. The Old Dairy looks out onto Fitz Church which is one of the oldest brick built churches in Shropshire. We live next door at Dovecote Barn but even though The Old Dairy makes up a separate wing to our home, it is completely self-contained with its own entrance and key safe.
