We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip . Great coffee 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)

The Bottling Room at Tarantula Ranch Vineyard is a private guest studio situated next to our families micro-vineyard located outside of Death Valley National Park in the Mojave Desert. The room was formally used for crushing, bottling, and aging wine but we have completely remodeled it into a small studio with queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, powder room, and outdoor shower. Aside from the vineyard view, enjoy the wild desert views and amazing night skies while visiting.
