Had a lovely Easter break, George welcomed us to his lovely property, great location few minutes walk to the beach and shops, with the benefit of a quiet residential area. The property was just like the pictures, the enclosed garden with a hot tub was a real highlight for all three generations, together with ground floor bedrooms. George was quick to respond and provide help when needed.

Great comfy stay for me and my friends. Last minute booking but Sarah, the host, was responsive and very helpful/detailed in her instructions. Place was clean and very spacious with all the modern facilities, big comfy beds and enough to keep large families happy and entertained. Hot tub was great bonus too. We did bbqs and cooked every night. Waking up to the Nespresso was great too. Area is a quiet haven and the big supermarkets are a short drive away. Bungalows in the drive to make it look like a scene out of neighbours! Will hope to visit again soon.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Had an amazing little break with my dog. Exactly what i needed, so beautiful and peaceful. We went on a lot of country walks and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to block the decking off with a gate on every access/stairway so the dogs can have roaming of decking freely. I did not realise until i arrived that they expected the dogs to be on a lead at all times and not allowed on furniture etc. It is only a small place and I do not own a long lead for my dog or expect my dog to be tied up for long periods at a time when we are away to enjoy ourselves. To avoid them running off into the field these gates in place would be ideal so you can turn your back for more than 2 mins instead of worrying. Besides from this and a brief power cut, everything was amazing and i would certainly return! Thanks so much for having us. The pictures speak for themselves!

So nice to unwind, listen to the birds and decompress. Exactly what was needed with our hectic lives and schedules. Loved the quiet location and that our dogs could walk around the golf course and woods. Only recommendation we would make is a little freshen up and updating in some areas, like sealant around the bath (which was great by the way after a long day!) Having milk when we arrived was well appreciated, if there was a complimentary starter pack of some small jams/butter and scones - I'd give you 5* here! But a great stay nonetheless. Really comfortable.

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

Tracy's place is the perfect getaway for a quiet weekend. It was a pleasure meeting Tracy and thank you for the helpful recommendations. The place was spotlessly clean. The log burner and hot tub are a nice touch. The local village has all the amenities you will need and some brilliant pubs. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking. There is plenty to do and see. Thank you!!!!!!

The Spindles annex is a lovely little place to stay in, just right for two people. It had a nice private courtyard to sit in and a nice safe space for our dog.

A bijou, charming retreat with a lovely garden to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. We chose Elm Cottage due to its proximity to Goodwood Aerodrome where my husband was doing a Top Gun Experience. Perfectly located for his event. The Welcome Pack for us (and our pooch!) and fresh flowers were a nice touch. A lovely stay.

A very lovely back to nature stay. Charlie was flexible and communicative and helped me whenever needed. The area has a lot to offer (nature wise), having the sounds of birds wake you up and cows chanting throughout the day. Thank you and I hope to be back again!

Felt right at home. Tony was very welcoming. We loved the area. Lots of off road walks, near the coast but also near to Havant and Chichester if you like to shop. The local pubs are great and mainly free houses so lots of local ales and fabulous food. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed staying in Annie's ww2 air raid shelter accommodation. It was extremely well thought out and everything you need is there. Very comfortable bed , lovely summer house and private garden area with plenty of seating. Spotlessly clean throughout and very well decorated. We will definitely book again the next time we visit the south coast area. Thank you Annie.

Just perfect for our little family of 4 (including our 4 legged one). The place is so nicely done and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Highly recommend.

A lovely place with many personal touches and plenty of great tech. Spacious, bright and some great restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. Offstreet parking makes life easy and highly recommended.

We loved Emily's self contained annex. It has lots of character and Emily was very helpful and thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with some supplies.

Great location for a family break. Entertainment passes included. Kids will love the robots delivering food in the restaurant. Didnt try out the pool this time but looked great. Loved how close we were to the beach beautiful day and night, with stunning sunsets. Also enjoyed a walk around the nature reserve. Great base for getting out on our bikes. We absolutely love the new forest and this was a great base for a short stay. We'd happily stay for longer.

We loved our stay at Linda’s chalet by the sea. Its perfectly located for visiting family and has everything we need as a family of four with two young children. Two bathrooms including a bath and shower and a washing machine so we can pack a little lighter and wash as we go! The chalet was comfy, cosy and clean and perfectly located for walks on the beach. The biscuits were a lovely touch too.

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

Emma was very welcoming as we arrived. She showed us around and gave us perfect advice on how to get into town. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We found a swing attached to the trees and had great fun. The bed was like a cloud and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend to family and would stay again.

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!
