We had the most wonderful stay as a family at this truly gorgeous apartment in an equally gorgeous location. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed - the space is full of natural light, beautifully clean, and has such a calming, homely vibe. It’s perfectly situated with easy access to both the vibrant Brighton seafront and the city centre, making it ideal for both relaxing and exploring. Having a dedicated parking spot was such a bonus, and the local residents were incredibly kind and helpful - it really added to the sense of feeling at home. What stood out the most was the host’s amazing communication: so quick to respond, thoughtful, and reassuring throughout our stay. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. This place felt like a little slice of calm and joy, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Wohnbereich und Küche bieten einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Die Straße zwischen Meer und Haus war zum Glück nicht stark befahren um diese Jahreszeit und es gab eine Fußgängerampel in der Nähe. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten und sind daher angenehm ruhig. Von den Nachbarn war nichts zu hören. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und modern. Dusche und Waschbecken angenehm zu benutzen. Mischbatterie. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Fünf Minuten den Hügel hinauf.

This was the perfect base for being in Brighton to run the marathon. Check-In was easy, the apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and the balcony was a beautiful little sun trap. The location was also perfect and was easy to walk to the cafes and restaurants in Kemptown, and further on in to Brighton. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't regret it!

Lovely little flat with large bay window bathing the room in sunlight. Quiet bedroom, water hot, felt a real home from home! Would recommend, and Doug was super friendly, helpful and responsive too.

Would definitely recommend for a stay in Brighton, being right on the beach with parking is a massive bonus as it saves on paying for parking if you're driving! Great kitchen if you're wanting to cook but also so central you have everything you need on your doorstep. Very friendly and helpful hosts!

We enjoyed a short stay in flat 2, which was cosy but had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean, warm and quiet. The location is ideal, with the beach just across the road, and the town centre and other amenities not far away. John made us feel really welcome on arrival.

Caroline let us stay last minute when we had an emergency situation and she was so incredibly lovely! Great communication and so kind. She went above and beyond to help us find another place to stay, too. Her place is well located and just as described, right on the ocean! Nice new bathroom and kitchen.

I’ve stayed in plenty of holiday homes over the years and few live up to expectations - Wellington Quay did. The location is superb - fabulous views that were at least as good as the pics / and an easy walk to the quayside coffee shops and bars. The space itself is as awesome - easily large enough for our party of 12. We loved the idyllic conservatory with its stunning harbour views. I sat on the private pontoon with a coffee each morning, taking in the views and peacefulness. The kitchen table was large enough for all 12 of us, and superbly well equipped. The lounge was stunning and there was another snug area and a second dining room if we’d had a more formal dinner. All bedrooms were large, with spotless linen & the bathrooms were equally impeccable. We had the best time. There’s a reason this place scores 5.0 - and it’s the best place we’ve ever been fortunate to stay in. I’d absolutely recommend this place!

Jo har en fantastisk(!) lägenhet i tre våningar med havet som granne. Sovrummet på översta våningen har balkong och havsvy! Köket och båda badrummen (de ena med ett härligt badkar) var i toppskick, liksom även hela lägenheten! Och sängarna var mycket bekväma. Invid det välutrustade köket finns en liten privat trädgård/patio. Och vid entrén har Jo en liten butik med en hel massa fantastiska inredningsföremål till salu :D Och Jo själv är bara helt underbar! Hon mötte oss när vi anlände och visade oss runt i lägenheten. Hon hade även köpt färskt bröd och kex åt oss samt fyllt frysen med några små ting! Vi kommer absolut att bo här igen om/när vi besöker Hastings igen! <3 :D

This was our fourth time at Jane's home. We always have a brilliant time and this was no exception. We love the little quirky features of the house, the location right on the beach and always feel very comfortable and at home. Thanks Jane - I'm sure we'll be back again!

We LOVE Helen’s house - it is in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured and so beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend Helen and her beautiful house to everyone. Thanks Helen for the bottle of champagne and chocolate you left for New Years Eve, such a lovely thoughtful gesture.

Had a great family time, amenities perfect, outside space amazing - sitting looking out across the beach and sea was fantastic. Recommended stay

Great house right on the shingle beach. Wonderful view of the sea and around the bay from the terrace. We had a lovely relaxing long weekend in the glorious sunshine. Very well equipped house, everything you'd need in the kitchen and some extra goodies from Donna as well as milk, butter, tea etc. Great games room although the weather was so good we didn't use it much. Donna is an excellent host, good communication. We hope to return.

Home from home! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there were three sitting areas - kitchen, lounge and two areas in the garden. Drying rack for wet swim gear. Comfy seating and beds - and close to shops, beach and lido - also the beautiful South Downs.

The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Amazing location right by the pier with a huge window offering a beautiful view over the sea. If you wake up early, be sure to take a look and enjoy the morning light! The bedroom is at the back, so it was nice and quiet at night, in spite of the central location. Easy walking distance of train (Warrior Sq or Hastings) and my fave pizza place Rustico (it’s not fancy, but it’s really nice food!). Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, nice sound system was a bonus!

Well-deserved 5 stars. Will ensures that his guests have a comfortable stay in his apartment, with nothing to miss and some thoughtful additions, e.g. good window blinds in the bedroom to keep out the early morning sun. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Getting to the beach or the shopping area by foot takes probably less than 10 minutes, but still with the benefit of being in a quieter area - perfect!

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

We loved staying at Lauren’s place!It was even better than the pictures, really spacious and beautifully decorated. It was filled with really thoughtful aspects too such as the buckets and spades and beach towels. Would absolutely recommend!

We can't say enough good things about Seaside HQ. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and informative and went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order during our stay. The location was perfect for us, we were close by shops and the pier and was perfectly set up to make us feel like we were home away from home. We would highly recommend Seaside HQ and hope to visit again soon!
