Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

The Kelling is a traditional Norfolk flint and pantile house with all modern amenities. Open plan living on the ground floor with a separate utility room and cloakroom. The house has 3 Ensuite bathrooms with power showers and a bath to the 3rd bedroom. East Rudham is a very pretty village on the main road between Lynn and Fakenham.
