A quiet luxury getaway

The Cider House is a converted barn tucked away in the village of Pilton, Somerset. It is a large airy and light space. It has a private courtyard and garden, 24 hour under floor heating and hot water. There is a top quality superking bed, excellent for having sleeps in, with hand pressed sheets. To augment heat there's a wood burning stove. We supply and lay a first fire for you with enough logs to get it going after which you can purchase a sack of seasoned logs from us for £10.00 a bag.

This hand built cedar log cabin is a cosy, comfortable and luxurious stay for up to 4 people. Situated in the Mendips, the views are outstanding. Nestled in a peaceful valley and overlooking surrounding farmland, it truly is a very special and relaxing place to stay. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs (dogs stay FREE). EV charging point. Nearest pub is a mile away. Midsomer Norton 1.5 miles, Wells 9.1 miles, Glastonbury 11 miles, Frome 8.4 miles, Bath 12 miles, Longleat 10 miles.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

An art lovers home with spirited interiors. Easel Cottage dates from 1880 and sits on the highest point of South Horrington village, just outside Wells, affording it a superb viewpoint. A former part of Mendip Hospital, the cottage is full of charm and character, with art work and vintage furnishings throughout. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.
