It is also walking distance from Petersfield town centre . Its cosy but self-contained. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with one child. Its handy for Goodwood, and very close to the Tithe Barn in Ditcham. Not far from West Dean College. Perfect for bikers

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

In the heart of the South Downs National Park, Beaufort Lodge is an immaculate, self contained lodge in the garden of our property in the ancient market town of Petersfield. Entry is through its own front door leading to the main living area with king size bed, TV, settee, fridge, microwave, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine. The separate bathroom is situated at the end of the living area with a walk in double length shower unit, sink and toilet.

Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Newly refurbished, ‘The Studio at Black Barn’ is an open plan self-contained private annexe with own parking right outside its own private entrance and garden. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a family home, surrounded by countryside near Petersfield. Newly available after a break, our lovely flat has been renovated and is ready for you to enjoy and since January 2026 it also has a brand new washing machine. It is a self contained flat built above our garage in the building that used to be the old Coach House. Set in a quiet location on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it is well placed for walking, many local attractions, and the lovely town of Petersfield.

The Annexe is a light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.
