The master bedroom is on the upper level and features a private balcony. Also on the upper level are two additional spacious bedrooms with ample storage. Little Chancery occupies a quiet spot at a breezy location near the ocean. You'll escape the tourist crowd here, although it's just a short trip by car or bus to shops, restaurants and nightlife. A 10 minute walk takes you to a small local supermarket. It's only six minutes from the house to Long Beach. It really is long (one mile) and great for morning walks. The water’s warm, the waves impressive and the trade winds will keep you cool. Swim here only if you are confident in the surf.
