The studio is ideal for an individual or couple. It is detached from the main house, with its own entrance and keypad lock.

A beautiful Mid Century home with fantastic views! We even have a view of the "Rock" (Eagle Rock)! Your entry is private and you'll have your own deck. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave (no stove), toaster-oven and Nespresso. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores! Lots of street parking right in front of our home... no permits required! We also have guest-suite with a private bedroom - "Eagle Rock Guest Room with a View" listed on Airbnb.

Little Los Angeles Hideaway

Glass doors open onto a patio with lush trees, succulents, lounge chairs and a gas-operated firepit. Our studio in-law has a midcentury modern meets tree house feel to it. This little hideaway is completely detached from the main house and has its own separate entrance. A private bathroom is adjacent to the studio. While there isn't a stove for cooking, there is a small refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, Kerug coffee maker, and microwave in the space.

Five minutes' easy stroll from the many shops and restaurants on South Lake Ave, yet nestled in a safe, quiet, and leafy residential neighborhood, you are ideally placed for Cal Tech (10 minutes' walk), the Huntington Gardens (30 min walk), or NASA's JPL (20 min drive). This tastefully furnished garden property is filled with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation, gentle birding day, or a productive business trip to beautiful Pasadena.

Centrally located off of Orange Grove Blvd. Walk to the Rose Parade, the Arroyo Seco, Huntington Hospital, Art Center South Campus, and Old Pasadena. A brisk walk will take you to the Rose Bowl, Gamble House, or the Wrigley Mansion. The Huntington Library is only a short drive away.
