Barn House is a brand new, modern barn conversion in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Sleeping up to 9 guests, Barn House has a huge modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with amazing views over the peaceful Hampshire countryside. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Stay in a unique 1909 converted water tank over 2 levels. This historic space features full-height windows, a sunken garden, and naturally stays cool in summer. The open-plan layout has 2 sleeping areas (twin beds & a double sofa bed) cleverly divided by a cupboard. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso machine. Perfect for unique getaways, with a full bathroom and utility room. Shared driveway parking.
