This exclusive suite sits on the north west corner of a large house nestled at the end of a 400m driveway that winds high atop of Hockley Valley. Access to forest trails are steps away allowing for X-country skiing/snowshoeing in winter or hiking and fishing during warmer months. The unit comes with one indoor and one outdoor parking spot. The indoor parking spot gives access to a private entrance. Two smart TV's with wifi and satellite sit above a double sided thermostat controlled fireplace.

The only other structure on the property is our family home.

Welcome to Fairview Hills Farm. Relax on the spacious covered porch of The Squire’s Cottage watching horses grazing on the hillside. A short walk to the back of the property features natural wetlands with an abundance of different bird species. The Bruce Trail is close by with parking. Don’t feel like cooking? An assortment of restaurants, high end to take out, are close by or cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. In the evening cozy up with a good book in front of the fireplace.

1850 Settler's Cabin in Private Forest

Our beautiful 1850 settler's log cabin is simply furnished and does not have plumbing. Electricity is powered by a honda generator. Fresh drinking water is supplied. Bathroom is a clean, private outhouse and guests have access to our centralized guest shower facility on premises from 6-9 am/pm daily. As your Bed and Breakfast host we will personally greet you and check you in and always remain on property while offering you privacy. We are designed for a quiet, peaceful rustic getaway.

Take a break from the city at this peaceful getaway only 1 hour from Toronto. Go hiking or snow shoeing in the 65 acres of forest or bring some snowmobiles and hope on the trails located right on our road. Very well suited for large family gatherings with the huge open concept living area. Don’t forget to watch the beautiful sunset come down over the forest out of the floor to ceiling back windows. The property is shared with some 4-legged friends that will often come out to say hello.
