Our stay at this property was simply perfect. The house/apartment is impeccably maintained, very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need to feel at home from the very beginning. The location is ideal and the surroundings are peaceful. Without a doubt, it’s a place we would love to return to. We would like to give a very special mention to the hosts Ana and Tom and Tomi, who were truly exceptional from the very first contact. They provided detailed explanations both upon our arrival and departure, which made everything easy and smooth. Communication with them was outstanding — always available, attentive, and quick to answer any questions we had. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them.

Marijo is a perfect host. He was highly responsive and friendly, offering great recommendations and support while we stayed at his Airbnb. Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed, there have been few who were as easy to get along with and as helpful as Marijo. The apartment itself was incredibly high quality, with the entire place recently refurbished it allowed us to really relax in comfort. The location is very good, right on an amazing riverside/estuary a couple of km from Dubrovnik city - really easy access to the city via bus or Uber, but would not recommend driving due to parking issues. We used the kitchen quite a bit to cook meals for our group and then eat on the balcony looking out to a great view. The river is perfectly fresh and the kayaks Marijo leaves his guests were ideal for getting in extra activities in a peaceful and scenic environment. A very good find that balances the busy side of Dubrovnik with your own quiet, scenic accommodation.

Amazing place! The host was incredibly reachable and helpful with any and all questions we had. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures! The location also felt very safe. Quick drive away from Old Town! Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Antonia was very communicative and friendly offering many tips. The appartment is really nice and comfortable, (the photos are accurate), has everything functional and well mentained, situated at walking distance to old city center. Parking was secured and easy to access.

Elegant & Stylish - near the beach/private parking

Vesna and her son Mario are very kind and helpful hosts. They recommended multiple local attractions and points of interest, and how to get there efficiently, always responded quickly, and went an extra mile to help us in general. The location is perfect - it’s a quite neighborhood, which is just 5 minutes away from a beautiful beach. There are many high quality restaurants nearby, and a big supermarket. The apartment itself is well equipped, and has a bunch of vintage items and art from all over the world. Price-value ratio is unbeatable. Definitely recommend this place!

Nothing but positive things to say about this Airbnb! The apartment is absolutely stunning with everything you need and more. The view was breathtaking and the huge balcony was perfect to sit and watch the sunset and boats passing by. The gym, sauna, and hot tub were great to have and made this apartment extraordinary. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to visit Dubrovnik as it is not located right in the Old Town which gives you peace and tranquility, but close enough to go visit whenever you need.

We had a lovely stay in Bayside Apartment. It’s a beautiful property with the most amazing view of the new port. We will miss getting up and watching the cruise ships come and go. You could never get tired of the view. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was well stocked with everything you need for a holiday, including towels and beach towels. My family loved the pool area, which was also immaculate and exactly as it looks on the photos. Ivica and Diana were great hosts and it was lovely to meet them and their family. The location was great to explore the Old Town (20 mins on a bus) and was in walking distance of some lovely restaurants on the new port, as well as Lapad tourist centre. We found a lovely beach in walking distance of the apartment to swim from called Mandrac Beach, which was great for the kids but was also quiet (mostly locals). We hope to be back one day. Thank you.

right choice for a great holiday

We arrived from Split by bus, and departed with a rental car. This location is perfect for us, as it next to the major road and across from city bus 3 which connected coach bus station, old town main entrance and the Apt. We walked to old town twice, to a port area hotel to pickup car, and all the paths are scenic and with many stairs. Saw so many short rental Apt along the way, and glad that we do not have to take our luggage up/down the stairs. The two bedrooms each has a private bathroom and AC unit, which is very rare in Croatia as we just checked in at our 4th Airbnb. We were welcomed with a homemade drink and then fresh fig on day2, and were invited to enjoy their home grown grape from the vine. Key info, to take bus 3 from coach bus station, just wait for bus inside. We were told to wait outside at street, which was the wrong direction, and we had a free tour of city and preview of bus ride from old town to Apt as it looped back to coach bus station. Highly recommended here.

We really enjoyed our stay! - lovely pool & BBQ area - beautiful sea view from everywhere in the house - great location for exploring, best with a car but you can get a bus or Uber to Dubrovnik - Filipa was very responsive and sent us some great recommendations - very nice beaches and swimming spots nearby

We had the best stay at Villa Poco Loco, all the amenities were exactly as listed and very well looked after. Our accommodation was lovely. Views were stunning. Check in was really lovely; getting a personal guided tour of the accommodation. The area is great, lots of places to see nearby and definitely worth the visit. I would really recommend this accommodation. It’s 15 mins drive from the airport and 15 mins to Dubrovnik, giving you the best of both worlds! Absolute 5 star stay and hosting. Thank you Ivo and your family. We had an amazing stay.

2bedroom apartment with swimming pool & sea view

L’appartement d’Ana et de sa famille est absolument merveilleux. Il ne comporte que des points positifs : pratique, beau, emplacement idéal, une vue d’exception. Il est idéalement situé : il y a un petit supermarché mais avec le nécessaire juste à côté, l’appartement est à 20-25min à pied du port là où se trouve toute une multitude de restaurants, l’arrêt de bus pour aller à Dubrovnik (3,50€/personne) se trouve seulement à 7-8min de marche. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de louer de voiture, puisque quasiment toutes les excursions (les îles Elaphites, les chutes de Kravice et Mostar, le Monténégro) peuvent se faire depuis Cavtat, seulement l’île de Lokrum demande de se rendre d’abord à Dubrovnik. Enfin, Ana et sa famille sont des hôtes formidables et serviables, toujours aux petits soins, très réactives et disponibles à la moindre question.

Amazing place and SO comfortable. Pool is spectacular and has everything you need. Come and relax- everything is handled for you. And Dubrovnik is quite close. We will be back!

I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived Ana was so welcoming, showing us around the place and giving us local recommendations and things to do. The flat is super spacious, really clean and very well equipped! The outside area was incredibly peaceful, and we were so lucky with the weather we spent most of our time by the pool, also making great use of the snooker table! Ana was very quick with her responses if we had any questions, and even dropped us some ice creams whilst we were by the pool on our last day - a really charming touch. The place is very private, with gorgeous views of the mountains. There is a little bakery a 10 minute walk away, and a few supermarkets within walking distance too. There's also a local restaurant which delivers to the Airbnb too! We didn't have a car, but Uber was really easy to use and get around with, to and from the Old Town too. Honestly it was a fantastic holiday, and we are already planning on returning. Thank you! 🥰

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was perfect and was spotless with amazing views and well equipped with everything we needed. The location at the top of Cavtat was great, we hired a car with Sixt super easy and Ane’s place is close to the main highway and close to the town with lots of restaurants and the supermarket just around the corner was very handy too. The pool, hot tub and sauna were available throughout our stay and we used the outside kitchen area which was great too with a roof terrace above perfect for an early morning coffee or sunset drink. We loved our stay! Ane was very helpful and responsive especially as we booked very last minute.

Excellent little apartment with everything you might need for your stay. Good advice about the local area and easy instructions regarding the accommodation. Beautiful sea views from the balcony and nice communal pool. The area itself is great with shops,excellent restaurants and amenities all within walking distance or short taxi drive away,and Dubrovnik easily reachable by car or boat. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay!
