The Cabin - Luxury self catering with hot tub.

Unique & beautiful luxury wood cabin with outstanding views over the Alkham Valley. Self catering studio accommodation for 2 adults incl. bathroom and king size bed. Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Tucked away on a valley road with close proximity to the seaside, the Downs, Dover Castle and the White Cliffs, this cabin provides a perfect base for exploring all that Kent has to offer. Beautifully furnished in a modern/rustic style, with private parking, a fully kitted kitchen, a log fire, spacious decking and garden, and a lovely scent of pine wood as you step through the door, this cabin provides everything you need for a cosy and memorable getaway.

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Some of the stuff we thought of, a super king bed, so you can stretch out like starfish. Love music, connect and play your sounds on the Samsung speaker. 65" television to watch a Netflix epic? Open the window in the bedroom, fill the big bath tub and immerse yourself in the night sky with a glass of bubbles

The Midnight Express; Magical Bus, Hot Tub+ Views!

Probably the most magical bus stay in the UK, inspired by the romance of the Orient Express & Harry Potter ✨ Set in peaceful countryside near Canterbury, with epic views, the Midnight Express is a one-of-a-kind converted double-decker bus for couples, families, and small groups seeking a cosy, playful stay. With a hot tub, gaming area in the driver’s seat, cinema snug, log burner, private garden, and separate First Class Waiting Room, it feels like a magical little world of its own.

Self-contained dwelling

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful village oasis near the white cliffs of Dover. A 5 minute walk to the picturesque St Margarets Bay beach and local shops, restaurants and cafes. A self contained double bedroom with en-suite shower room. A fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery allows basic self catering. There is WiFi and a smart TV. There is a small seating area inside and another available outside on a patio area. A simple breakfast of cereals and croissants.

Little Poppy studio

Peaceful location with great walks along the coast. Self contained studio with private entrance, drive and garden. Close to Canterbury, Deal and Dover to visit and explore their historic attractions. Easy access to ferry crossing and Le Shuttle for France and high speed rail to London in approximately 1 hour. Walking distance to picturesque village of St. Margaret’s at Cliffe in an AONB. It has two local pubs serving food with a convenience store and post office.

Oak Lodge @ The Oaks Retreat

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Oak Lodge offers 2 king size bedrooms fully customized with high-end finishes which to need to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log burning sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Relax in our cozy Lodge, just 20 mins from Dover Castle, ferry port, and Eurotunnel. We're 1 min from Howletts Zoo and a 5-min walk to Bekesbourne station with direct trains to Canterbury and London. The scenic village of Bridge is a 20-min walk or 2-min drive, offering a Michelin-star pub, lovely garden pubs, and handy amenities like a shop, café, pharmacy, optician, and hairdresser We have a cot with mattress available for your little ones

The Annexe is a stylish, 2 bed, family friendly property, 5 minute drive from Dover Port and Dover Castle, Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children or 2 Adults. The property consists of 1 King Bedroom and 1 very small box bedroom with bunk beds, Open plan kitchen and living area, Shower room and Patio garden area. The property is based at the rear of the main house and access is via a gravel path.
