Enjoy a private deck, entry doors and parking steps away. Beautiful foliage in season, nearby lakes, state parks, snow shoeing, x country & down hill skiing. 15 minutes to UNH & 25 minutes to the seacoast. Located on a "scenic" road. Wonderful for long walks while you take in the beauty of New Hampshire.

Seacoast Suite

Welcome to our traditional Maine Gambrel where you will have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. The 250 sq ft suite has a queen bed, tv, Wi-Fi, hot drinks, mini fridge, microwave, and private space. We are located just over an hour from Boston or Portland, 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch & 5-15 min drive to a number of beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask for no animals since there's a cat that lives here too.

Lovely Waterfront Suite, New Hampshire Seacoast

Great location to enjoy the New Hampshire Seacoast. Just a few minutes to Portsmouth and Durham, perfect romantic getaway, or convenient spot to visit your student at the University of New Hampshire. Move-in ready, furnished & fully equipped apartment near downtown & river in working class, generally quiet pocket neighborhood. Separate entrance, spacious sleeping/living room, lots of windows, DOUBLE bed, couch, AC, TV, cable & WiFi, 3/4 bath. We disinfect spaces with UVC lamp & hospital-grade cleaning products as part of our deep cleaning & disinfection protocols, often closing between guests. Distance check-in. Updated Camper. Enjoy games, movies, kayaks/canoe (included) & swimming during the day & nature walks on 1 of the trails nearby & cook on the grill. 1 car please. In a neighborhood. 2 people-please no other guests. Stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & grill. Heat/AC. Flushing toilet. We do ask you to limit water use, we provide paper & plastic dinnerware. Many activities nearby! No SHOWER/oven/firepit No animals (Health concern for cleaner) No smoking. Children 7 and older.

Sunny, secluded studio loft apartment

Fully furnished studio apartment above home owners' garage with private entrance. Secluded 5.5 acre lot of land surrounded by beautiful woods. Vaulted ceilings with ladder to loft with queen bed. Big, sunny south-facing windows overlooking back yard and gardens. Homeowners are a laid-back, married gay couple, living in the main house with their 5 year old daughter. LGBTQ friendly home that welcomes kind guests of any race, religion, gender, and orientation. A minute from Route 125.

Coastal home on the water

A nautical look and feel is what this coastal home away from home offers. A detached from the main house in-law apartment is the perfect get away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Cozy Loft in the Woods

Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.
