Oly's Relaxing Vintage Sea View House

Oly's house is a relaxing vintage stone house by the sea. Situated at the magnificent area of Amoni, is just an hour and a half from Athens, half an hour from Corinth and Ancient Epidaurus and many other landmarks such as Mycenaes, Nafplion, Porto Heli and many more. It is ideal if you just want to relax watching the sea, or do some sightseeing. You have the choice of jumping off the rocks to the sea just under the house, or visit one of the three beaches found in the area. The choice is yours.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Σε μόλις 10 χλμ. βρίσκεστε στην Παραλία Νέας Επιδαύρου καθώς και 18 χλμ. από το «Αρχαίο θέατρο Επιδαύρου». Το κατάλυμα προσφέρει πρόσβαση σε δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Το “Traditional home” περιλαμβάνει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, 1 μπάνιο με στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών και πλυντήριο ρούχων, σαλόνι καθώς και κουζίνα. Προσφέρονται πετσέτες αλλά και λευκά είδη.

Το πέτρινο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι μας έχει καλαίσθητους χώρους που προσφέρουν άνετη διαμονή, οικογενειακή και φιλική ατμόσφαιρα με μπαλκόνια και θέα στο χωριό. Διαθέτει κήπο και δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης. Βρίσκεται μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό του Λυγουριού, 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το Αρχαίο Θέατρο της Επιδαύρου. Κοντά στο σπίτι οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ και το φαγητό τους στις παρακείμενες καφετέριες και ταβέρνες.

This is an elegant, brand new open plan studio of 32 m² (STUDIO 1) located just in front of the beach at the small picturesque Greek village Vivari! The village is just 12km from Nafplio, close to the most wonderful sites of Argolida and Peloponnese! The functional and well detailed design of the studio combined with the astonishing view from its private balcony to Vivari gulf will give you the best holiday experience!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
