Historisches Reetdachhaus in Strandnähe

Das gemütliche Reetdachhaus Hyggeholm liegt direkt im historischen Ortskern in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Gedesby auf der Insel Falster in Strandnähe mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das design des Anwesens wurde in 2020 komplett modernisiert, eine große Küche, vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder neu gestaltet und individuell eingerichtet. Es wurde ein Billardraum, eine Bibliothek und im Garten ein Saunahaus errichtet. Der Garten beherbergt viele unterschiedliche Pflanzensorten und Obstbäume.

Huset ligger ca. 2 km fra den lille by Gjern i det smukke kuperede Søhøjland tæt på Silkeborg og kun 30 min fra Århus. Cozy old seaside cottage in the first row. The garden leads straight down to the beach. The original house is old but well kept. The newly built sunroom, with a direct view of the sea, makes the house enjoyable all year round. The rooms are small and what we call an annex can only be seen as an extra bedroom located 8 meters from the house and cannot be locked from inside. The house is ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. The price includes use of electricity, water, and heating.
