The Cabin - Ski House near Windham

The Cabin is set back, secluded, unbelievably cozy and wonderfully romantic. It's a place to reconnect and recharge, to listen to the river and hear the wind through the trees and indulge in slow lunches and long walks and truly marvel at the Catskills. There's hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain fresh air and dark, starry nights. This is a house, and you can treat it as such. But if you let go, and give in to the energy of a space created with love, this will feel like home.

With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. 185年の歴史を持つ建物の中で眠りましょう。1840年に建てられたこの一室の校舎は、2人用のプライベートな隠れ家として全面改装修されました。元来の木材と古式の引き戸はそのまま残し、キングサイズベッド、プロパンガス式暖炉、屋根付きデッキに設置された専用のジャグジー、2人用の大型レインシャワーを中心にモダンな空間へと変身しました。サラトガから1時間の距離にあり、コブルスキル、ハウ・ケイバーン、アディロンダック山脈南部へも簡単にアクセスできます。他のどことも違う雰囲気の場所を求めるカップル向けに建てられました。
