The Grant Park Farmhouse- Authentic Southern Charm

Make breakfast under the gabled ceiling of a pristine kitchen boasting vintage 1940s Youngstown kitchen cabinets. Combining white wood shiplap, oak scrap hardwood floors, and powder blue accents, this gorgeous home is steeped in historic charm. Expect to enjoy the natural light gleaning through the beautiful stained-glass windows. A rusted tin roof tops off this charmer, but it's the rainy nights where the rusted tin truly speaks to you. The farmhouse is a replica of what you see when driving through the beautiful rural Georgia landscape. Many of the old boards on the exterior were removed from a old home just south of Atlanta built during the civil war. The rest of the exterior came from an old cotton mill and a two room school house built in the early 1900's. It also has a tin roof that is most enjoyable during those rainy nights. The interior walls have all ship lap and bead board siding. The kitchen boasts an old wash board sink with matching metal cabinets from the 1940's. The bathroom has a old stain glass window and an authentic distressed medicine cabinet. The living area has two more stain glass windows and distressed oak floor throughout. It has a king size bed and a full couch for comfort. The exterior has one small upstairs porch and a sitting area down near the stairs entrance. The house is at the dead end of an ally and not near any major intersections. This makes the space quiet for an urban setting. Even though the house was made to appear old, it has many of the amenities you would want in a newly constructed house such as a tank-less water heater for those long hot showers, and spray foam insulation for comfort. There is one flight of stairs to reach access. We will have the space ready for you when you arrive but will respect your privacy. Our main home and the farm house share a lot so if something is needed we are not far away. The farmhouse is privately tucked behind the main house on a private drive with it’s own entrance and parking. Coffee shops, restaurants, The Atlanta Zoo, Atlanta Beltline, historic Grant Park, Georgia State Stadium and the Eventide Brewery are all within walking distance. Close attractions include, Centennial Olympic Park, World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, World of Coke, Fox Theater, Phillips Arena, Ponce City Market and Georgia Aquarium all less than 2 miles.

Cottage on Canton - unit A - Canton St. - Roswell

1940's era-2 story cottage. This downstairs unit was renovated in early 2019 & offers a full apt w/ bed, bath, full kitchen, sitting room w/ TV, washer, dryer & private courtyard. Beautiful Piedmont Park Private Cottage.Superhost lives in front house so anytime check in available.This immaculate home is three blocks from the 10th street main entrance. Includes one vaulted upstairs bedroom,king size bed,fenced yard,private parking space,1.2G internet,two large tv's,Alexa pods,full kitchen,1.5 bathrooms,inviting porch,and laundry. The Architect's Cottage: Unique! on Bishop Lake

Come and join us at The Architect's Cottage at the finest lake in all of Marietta. The most peaceful place in all of Georgia! Enjoy being on a quiet lake that sits in all Marietta and Roswell have to offer. It is Winter in Georgia and the days are cool in the evenings and perfect for warm weather hiking during the days. Cuddle up on the deck or dock in the evening hours with a blanket. Cobb County law requires that we display our short term rental license number in our listing STR000029.

The Great Little Orchard with mini trail

This piece of the pie is on a 3.14 acre homestead just south of Atlanta. The cottage is a cozy and chill little spot nestled between hardwoods and a miniature orchard behind the main house. Enjoy a backyard fire, have a picnic, party it up in the game room. Take a self-guided tour around the Fruit Loop and stretch your soul walking our Great Little Trail. Step into this elegantly simple Southern home, where modern comforts meet sophisticated design. The house features high-end decor with tasteful splashes of color in the fixtures and pillows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Inman Park Cottage, Walk to Restaurants

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a cozy Cottage, less than 600 sq ft, equivalent to the size of a 2 car garage. 4 people is the max capacity and it is ideal for 2 adults. I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me. I have to keep the environment completely free of dander. One (1) car is permitted to park in the driveway. Checkout the “House Manual” for more details on the property.

The John Francis - Ormewood Park Cottage

Intown fully renovated urban modern cozy cottage with tall ceilings, ample natural light, and lots of attention to detail with a private pool and spa. This is an Adults Only over 25 yrs of age booking. That means no one at any time is on the property under the age of 25, with no exceptions. That means any guest and any visitors to see the guest. Convenient to thriving East Atlanta, Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park, Grant Park, and Downtown enjoy a quiet neighborhood retreat.
