***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. Indoor Heated Pool in the Adirondacks

Year round indoor pool house that is 2000 square feet located in the lower adirondacks. There are several outdoor activities to do in the area...fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling,cross country skiing & restaurants. Spend the day exploring and then come back to relax in the warmth of your very own private pool, sit by a fire on the patio or start the grill.

Welcome to the AirBnB situated on a small working farm. You are welcome to tour the grounds to say hello to all the animals. This place is for the birds! No really you will enjoy watching chickens, ducks, emus, geese, guinea fowl, and peafowl. The farm is also home to a herd of beautiful alpaca and resident llama, curious goats, and barn cats. There are working livestock guardian dogs who watch over the herd who will greet you from behind the fence.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
