Pour avoir fait plusieurs airbnb, c'est le 1er où le propriétaire offre des produits de qualité et variés que nous avons énormément apprécié. Quel bonheur le jus d'orange frais tous les matins! Un accueil tres chaleureux et attentif, des suggestions pour le séjour, un logement hyper propre, spacieux où rien ne manque, on se sent presque comme à la maison et dont la localisation permet de découvrir la ville à pied avec des commerces à proximité, la pizzeria du coin conseillée par notre hôte est à ne pas rater et vraiment pas chère. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et en attendant nous allons perfectionner notre anglais 😉. Merci pour ce super séjour.

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di ottobre e non posso che fare una recensione super positiva di questo posto. Casa molto bella e accogliente, con una vista mare meravigliosa, non puoi non svegliarti bene! Posizione ottima per raggiungere varie mete in macchina, oltre che ad essere a soli 20 minuti di macchina da Chania. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla bontà e dalla gentilezza dell’host, mamma di Gorgios, una persona davvero di cuore e molto disponibile. Ci tengo a dare un consiglio a chi andrà in futuro in uno di questi appartamenti : di avere cura dei gattini che girano lì, sono dolcissimi e una carezza in più fa per loro la differenza ♥️ Noi tutte le sere gli davamo da mangiare delle scatolette di carne. Non potendoli salvare tutti, nel nostro piccolo si puo’ fare la cosa più giusta per loro!

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön! Das Markenzeichen der Appartments ist der Ausblick von der jeweiligen Terrasse - muss man gesehen haben. Vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer ist süß, sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Bad ist winzig und nur für 1 Person gleichzeitig benutzbar, was aber nicht störend für uns war. Jurga hat eine Reihe an Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten geboten. Das einzig nervige, wofür Jurga nichts kann, ist der Hahn vom Nachbarn, der alle 15min kräht. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat und gern lange schläft, könnte das störend sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our group had such a lovely time exploring Chania with Maryellen’s beautiful basement/backyard unit as our home base! The view cannot be beat! We made it a point to always make it back to the space so we could relish in each sunset from the comfort of the back patio. =) Despite being perched high above the town, the location is convenient to Chania’s old town / harbor. We found ourselves walking to town each evening for dinner and drinks, then cabbing back up the hill for only 12€ or so. Convenient to both the city center and airport, yet quiet and secluded. The space met and/or exceeded our expectations in every way. Photos are true to form, but the feeling of the space inside and out can only be appreciated through experience. Greatly appreciated Maryellen’s warm midwestern hospitality, quick responses and eagerness to lend her local tips! We took her up on many! Chania was the entire group’s favorite stop, and Maryellen’s space played a big part in that! Would recommend!!

Stunning Airbnb. Extremely well taken care of with exceptional location and views. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and used to host our own 5* accommodation so expect high standards when we pay a good price. There is nothing we would change here.

To przepiękny apartament, zaprojektowany z wyjątkowym smakiem. Przestronne i bardzo czyste wnętrze, piękna i bardzo funkcjonalna kuchnia, urokliwe patio z drzewkiem cytrynowym. Doceniłyśmy też bardzo wygodne łóżka, dostępną klimatyzację i wiatraki oraz dwie wygodne łazienki. Mieszkanie znajduje się przy cichej i spokojnej uliczce, ale wszędzie jest stamtąd blisko - zarówno do plaży Nea Chora, jak i do portu weneckiego, starego miasta, centrum etc. W bliskiej okolicy (kilka minut piechotą) są też duże markety spożywcze, takie jak Synka czy Sklavenitis. Kontakt z właścicielem jest doskonały. Nie było też głośno, o czym wspominali poprzedni komentatorzy - dzieci na górze chyba trochę dorosły, a psy się wychowały i nie było hałasów :). Drobne minusy do poprawy: w kuchni nie ma nawet solniczki i pieprzniczki - co zwykle jest standardem na Airbnb. Brak też herbaty, nie ma zapasu papieru toaletowego czy nawet worków na śmieci - trzeba się na to przygotować :).

What a comfortable stay we had at Judy and Mike’s beautiful Apartment Francesca! Suited our needs very well indeed. Fabulous location & views. Loved the private patio and relaxing by the pool. Judy and Mike are indeed ‘Super Hosts’, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended some fabulous taverna’s. It was a pleasure meeting them and their lovely dogs! Why we loved the location: Plenty of walks from the doorstep. Vamos only a short distance with excellent taverna’s and a great coffee shop next to the tourist office in Vamos Old Town. A short drive to Kalives which has a beautiful beach and seafood taverna’s on the beach front. Look forward to our return and would love to stay longer next time! כל כך נהננו בשהות שלנו בווילה ! הבריכה המחוממת לנוף מהמם ואזור כפרי מלא בטבע וירוק . הקבלת פנים הייתה נעימה ומסבירת פנים. כל שאלה שהייתה לנו המארחים ענו לנו מהר . היה מושלם ! חלום של מקום!

What we loved Most was being in a regular neighborhood which was walkable to the heart of Hania but which was quiet and had a lovely bakery. Plus the balcony overlooking the water was wonderful as we could hear the waves crashing at night which was very therapeutic.

Kommunikation, und Check-in waren einwandfrei. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist funktional und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das einzige, was uns fehlte, war eine Garderobe/Kleiderhaken. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, alles andere war top! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön in der Altstadt gelegen, vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir wurden vorgewarnt, dass es am Wochenende laut werden könnte. Tatsächlich dröhnte die Musik aus der unter der Wohnung gelegenen Bar jeden Tag bis 2-3 Uhr morgens. Die Wohnung ist also nichts für lärmempfindliche Gäste.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Georgios. L'appartement est à deux pas de la plage, vous trouvez des restaurants et commerces dans la rue ou à 300m dans le village. Les chambres sont très spacieuses (plus grandes qu'il n'y paraît dans l'annonce). La terrasse est très agréable et le parking gratuit est juste a côté. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies. Nous avons trouvé que Kalyvès est bien situé pour visiter l'ouest de la Crète. Nous reviendrons !

Die Unterkunft ist toll und sehr sauber! Man ist zwar etwas ausserhalb der Altstadt, alles ist aber sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen und entsprechend auch ruhiger. Die Küche ist makellos eingerichtet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Es hatte sogar Putzsachen, Waschmaschinentabs und Schkoladenostereier als Überraschung im Kühlschrank. Mein Freund und ich haben ein Strassenkätzchen im Innenhof gefunden. Christina hatte alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, um ihm ein neues Zuhause zu geben und war immer für uns erreichbar! Ich würde sofort wieder hier in den Urlaub! DANKE!

Orestis is an amazing host with an amazing house in an amazing location! We loved every moment we were here! A 1-2 minute walk to a beautiful Sandy beach, great restaurants down the street, the house has everything you'll need and more! We will definitely come back

This is such a cozy and comfy place. Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean - you almost don't want to disturb the perfection! The beds, the massive couch in the living room are all very comfortable so we woke up every morning well rested. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom (the latter was stocked with soaps, shampoos and creams). There is a small outdoor space , which we made use of for afternoon drinks and breakfast. Thr place is not right next to the old city, but the parking prices are very reasonable so we just drove in and parked at a big municipal parking. The place is also great as your base for day trips around the island. Our hosts were amazing, upon arrival we found fruit, wine, bread and Michalis popped in with a plate of freshly picked strawberries. Evelina gave us lots of tips on what to do and see - all great ideas. We had a great time and highly recommend the Violin House.

We were a party of five, my wife and I and 3 30 year olds, our two twins and a son-in-law. We all couldn't say enough good things about this home: the view has to be one of the best on the whole island, relaxing, extremely private and immediately felt right at home. Starting and ending each day with that view, I didn't need anything else, but there is as much to do as you want. For example, just 6 minutes down the hill, you have the great little town of Platka with a few delicious local restaurants, market and a nice sports bar if you want a cocktail...like me. Another 10 minutes down the hill you come to Alymrida, the small coastal city that has nearly a dozen varied restaurants right on the water. 40 minutes away is the charming city of Chania, the jewel of Crete. This home is centrally located, 20+ minutes from the highway to go anywhere you wish to go...but keep in mind your leaving this view behind. I hope you enjoy it half as much as we did.

Eine unserer besten AirBnB-Erfahrungen - so eine schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Perfekte Ausstattung (das Kochen war eine Freude), tolles Bett, schönes Badezimmer. Die Tipps von Elina waren sehr hilfreich, wir waren jeden Abend in einem von ihr empfohlenen Restaurant essen. Wir können die Wohnung auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Absolutely loved staying here. Highly recommend. It was extremely cozy, really very uncommon for most airbnb’s. 20-25 mins walk to the old town for restaurants and shopping. The only downside if any is that it doesn’t have a parking spot if you have a car. But not a big deal whatsoever, just something to note. Car spots are available 1 minute walking distance. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great. Walking distance to old town, the light house, water front. Beautiful view and amazing deck! We had all kinds of information left for us, maps included, some amazing restaurant recommendations, which were very helpful. The host left us all kinds of goodies, fruit, honey, jam, wine and water. We had a parking spot which was very nice as we did not have to worry about our rental. Thank you!

Everything was great! The apartment was new and well designed. Everything inside was perfect. The building also was brend new and it made the neighborhood look good. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes from old town and a very enjoyable walk next to the sea. We deffinitively had a great time. I would stay here everytime if i come to Crete again.

To były wyjątkowe wakacje. Pavlos to znakomity człowiek bardzo pomocny pod wieloma względami. Mieszkanie przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Nieskazitelna czystość domu , basenu i ogrodu. Powierzchnia apartamentu robi wrażenie oraz wyposażenie mieszkania. Można wiele powiedzieć w samych superlatywach. Nasze córki były zachwycone i my również. Na pewno tam wrócimy. Idealne miejsce żeby zwiedzić zachodnią część wyspy. Spokój i cisza. Dużym atutem jest prywatny parking. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Kochamy to miejsce. Dziękujemy Pavlos to były niezapomniane wakacje !!!!

This was a good choice for us because we wanted a quieter area that was still close to the Harbor and had onsite parking, since we planned to drive a lot. This worked perfectly for us - a recently-renovated apartment in a residential part of town, away from most tourists, yet still only 2.5km from the Harbor. There is a grocery store and a bakery within 5 minutes walk, lots of other things within 10 minutes walk. Apartment is nice and clean, communication was easy. Washing machine was a nice plus. We would stay here again.

My wife and I had a magical time staying here at Geo’s listing. It had the most amazing views, it was serviced like a hotel, it was spotless and it felt so safe. It’s in a very good location exactly as described. We would come back here in a heartbeat.
