Beautiful cottage by the ocean 30m2

House by the sea on a jetty👍Enjoy the hot tub and wood-burning sauna. Fantastic outdoor environment. Modern and fully equipped house, tastefully decorated. Perfect experience for those who want to have a relaxing and beautiful time on the water🌞 If you want to be active: canoe, hike in the nearby national park, go for a run or go boating. All this just 30 minutes from Stockholm! Imagine spending a few days or weeks in this environment 😀 - All space is privately available to you as guests.

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Lake plot with prime location in the archipelago. Modern & architect-designed house with panoramic lake views, from almost every room. 100 sqm2, 4 rooms, sauna and kitchen. Open floor plan, living room with fireplace, window wall with access to 50 m² terrace facing the sea and a 35 m² terrace to the west with afternoon & evening sun with furniture group. Elegant lake cottage, guest rooms for 3 people. On the bridge deck there is a dining table, lounge chairs & bathing ladder. Sailboat depth.

Waterfront House with panoramic seaview

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Cozy & secluded in Vaxholm town with top seaview

Privat och ostört läge i centrala Vaxholm. Tillgång till privat del av trädgård. Renoverad med alla bekvämligheter i lantlig stil. Liten altan med tak som kan nyttjas oavsett väder. Ljus och rymlig planlösning. 70 kvm, 2 separata sovrum med 2 bäddar i varje. En dubbelsäng i ena sovrummet och en våningssäng i det andra sovrummet (finns även 1 extrasäng). Sjöutsikt från alla fönster. Parkeringsplats precis vid huset som ingår i hyran. Boendet passar för familjer eller par.

Nyrenoverad villa fantastisk sjöutsikt 100 m bad

Välkommen att slappna av i vårt unika och lugna hem. Här njuter du av sjöutsikt både i trädgården och i huset. Med bara 100 meter till närmsta badbrygga är ett svalkande bad, en tur med SUP eller på vintern en skridskotur sjön med ett bad i vår hot tube. En underbar lantlig oas 20 minuter ifrån Stockholm city och 5 min till nordens bästa galleria Täby Centrum-så när stadens puls lockar är även den enkel att ta sig till.

High above the Baltic-sea. A small house with a bedroom small kitchen with washingmashine, dryer, dishwasher. Bathroom with WC and shower. The house is located 50 m from the sea . You have a veranda from south to north . Ofcourse there is charcoalgrill that you may use . Check-out cleaning, bed-linnen & towels are included
