NUMERO 6 - A house with a view - Lake Como, Italy.

This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.

Romantic & Private Lake Como village house

Beautiful stone built 250 year old village house in historic centre of Pognana, 15 mins from Como. Completely renovated and interior designed to highest levels of comfort and luxury in authentic ancient Italian village setting. Very private. Use of whole house (except cellars) with private entrance. Amazing lake views from all rooms including iconic bathtub for two. 2 terraces. Fireplace. Great space for remote working. Free street parking a few mins walk. (Heavy suitcases not recommended).

The most beautiful view of Como Lake

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. And if you don't know what to expect, ask George (Clooney) for some suggestions. I am a sommelier, and I can also organize a tasting of Italian wines for you!

Exquisitely refurbished farmhouse, conveniently situated only a 4-minute drive from both the lake and the charming town of Cernobbio. This villa offers stunning lake vistas from the expansive sun deck adjoining each bedroom, as well as from the spacious yard adorned with olive, pomegranate, and cherry trees. Cascinetta a pochi passi dal centro, con parcheggi gratuiti fuori dalla proprietà. Piano terra: giardino, portico, cucina attrezzata con ampissimo soggiorno/salotto/zona lavoro,bagno di servizio. Primo piano: pensatoio, 1 camera matrimoniale e un grande bagno con vasca jacuzzi e doccia doppia + 1 camera matrimoniale, entrambe con pale a soffitto. Pavimento in parquet e pietra, arredo molto curato con elementi a contrasto tra il vintage e le opere moderne delle artiste proprietarie.

Benvenuti nel nostro spazioso trilocale in villa a Cambiago, perfetto per gruppi fino a 8 persone! Contornato da un grande giardino per momenti di relax, include un parcheggio interno gratuito. L’arredo è semplice ma accogliente, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno senza pensieri. A soli 3 km dalla metro di Gessate (Linea 2) che porta direttamente al centro di Milano. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e comodità!
