Had a lovely trip with easy self check in and a quiet and safe neighborhood. I enjoyed how lots of things to do are only a 5-15 min drive. Would 100% recommend!

The room was a clean, and we'll equipped! great location, great access to shops and services and the neighborhood was walkable. If I had to stay in Dallas again, I would do it here!

Everything was just as advertised about this space. We brought our two pups with us and they loved it! The little private outdoor area was great and the neighborhood was very walkable and friendly for our dogs. We had a great time and all the things we needed were close by. The gym was right down the street Along with the grocery store and gas station as well. We really had a good time and Jeff was an amazing host.

I really liked the place Clean, calm, and they are very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this place. And I won’t hesitate to come back

Sean was a wonderful host for our recent girls' weekend in Dallas. He was extremely responsive leading up to and during our stay. The house was larger than expected and offered all the amenities one could hope for. The best part though, was the location. We were just 2 blocks from the main street which is lined with shops and restaurants. We never used an Uber besides getting to and from the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was in the best neighborhood. Walkable to some of the best shops, coffee, restaurants, in dallas!

The Cozy Coop was perfect for our little get away for just the two of us. We were able to just hang out there and watch lots of movies and sports with the cable and channels provided. It was really nice and quiet and close to lots of good local restaurants.

Such a charming older home! Monica has put a lot of thought & time into her Airbnb. So many personal, thoughtful touches all through the house! It's comfortable & nicely decorated. She was very communicative & conconcerned about our comfort & welll being. She made sure we had everything we needed, & when we had a small hiccup, she was very quick to respond & resolved our issue immediately! We felt very safe in the house itself. There are cameras outside, & very good locks. The neighborhood itself is older, which is fine. But we did hear gun shots in the distance a couple of times at night.Even with that,we did not feel unsafe or in danger.I'm only mentioning it because I know some might freak out about that,so if that's the case with you, stay somewhere else instead of staying here then getting upset with the host about it.Dallas is a big city & that does happen.Again,we did not feel like we were in danger & we would stay there again!We very much enjoyed our stay & our wonderful hosts!

Very clear instruction for an easy check-in. The place is clean and cozy with everything I needed. It was very easy to communicate with the host as well. Would definitely recommend!

Had a bit of difficulty getting into the house (more of user error lol) he immediately called and explained exactly what to do. Very hands off but available if needed. Will likely stay here in my next trip to dallas if dates are free 🙂

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Julie’s Place. The home was spotless and perfectly located near all the action. Julie was an exceptional host—thoughtful and well-prepared—leaving behind all the essentials that made our stay so much easier. This is a very well thought out suite. Plenty of electrical outlets, USB outlets, well stocked kitchen, with plates, bowls, utensils, knives, coffee maker, etc. Bathroom was very clean and the bath towels and shower supplies were top notch. Softest towels I've ever used. The bed was soft and comfy. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent place, super cute, only issue is the hot water in the shower isn’t super hot.

This is our 2nd trip to stay in this most beautiful BnB. Everything you see in the pictures and description is exactly as it is in real life. Leonard and his wife Veta are excellent hosts and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. We will continue to stay with these wonderful hosts and longs s they will have us.

I believe this is the best economical apartment for anyone working out of town. I just wish I had booked it for the next six months!

A great spot for a week of business meetings - Uber always found me easily and I was able to walk each morning (to work off the calories from the many delicious Dallas hot spots I visited each evening).

You'll love it here, it's a quiet area, private pool, great A/C, the place literally looks like the pictures and the family is super nice. Would definitely recommend or stay there again!
