Just one block outside of the official Historic District, this Craftsman style home retains much of the character unique to Cuyahoga Falls. Although updated with modern plumbing, electric, and even central A/C, the house was built in 1910 so please don’t compare her to new construction, there are plenty of old house quirks. The Garden Apartment features a large bedroom with queen-sized bed, a den with a large sandstone wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. You'll surely fall in love with this cozy rental! There is a sandstone patio, which offers a shaded sitting area and grill for outdoor cooking, plus a fire ring for evening bonfires.

The Bronson Barn is located on the grounds behind the home that was originally owned by H.V. Bronson who initially plotted the town of Peninsula. Nestled in the heart of the park, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, train depot and bike rental. The national park has hundreds of miles of hiking trails, biking trails, river walks or kayaking, amazing waterfalls, and nature walks to see wildlife. You can also enjoy the ski resort located a few miles away for any winter sports!
